We know how important a good night of sleep is so we provide hotel-grade mattresses, sheets and duvets as well as black-out blinds so that you wake up feeling refreshed and ready to enjoy all that the area has to offer. Each room has its own heating and air-conditioning unit so every guest can adjust the temperature to get their perfect night’s sleep. Gather with loved ones on the spacious outdoor patio to grill and enjoy freshly-caught fish and sit by the cozy fire table for evening conversations under the stars in your own coastal paradise. Sit by the indoor fireplace in the living room as you unwind and try out unique games that will afford hours of fun.

🏖️ The Beach Ready Pack: We’ve taken the stress out of packing. We provide premium beach chairs, an umbrella, sand toys, a boogie board, a metal detector, beach games and balls, sunscreen, soft 100% cotton towels, swimming vests for the littlest ones and a foldable wagon to carry it all so you can head straight to the water.

🐬 Family-Friendly Paradise: Designed with families in mind, our home features a dedicated playroom and a surprise secret closet. Our garage is a gameroom escape with an arcade machine, fussball table, ring toss and a TV. Kids will enjoy spending time in their under the sea bedroom complete with bunkbed with a slide and beanie bag. With a collection of board games, books, and toys, your little ones will have plenty to keep them entertained. They will also love roasting smores in the outdoor fire pit and using our ice cream making machine and full set of toppings. We also focus on the littlest ones by providing a crib with organic sheets, a high chair, booster chair, step stools in the bathrooms, Honest shampoo and conditioner, retractable gates on each level and gates on both ends of the spiral staircase leading to the rooftop deck. The hot tub will be locked when you arrive.

We are walking distance from top-rated locally-owned breakfast, lunch and dinner options, as well as a corner grocery store that has fresh donuts and sandwiches daily and the Verve production facility where you can enjoy fresh pastries and coffee while you get a close-up look at coffee-making in action! There is also a climbing gym, pet shop where you can pet reptiles, and the Santa Cruz Museum of Natural History, all minutes away by foot.

Or walk 4 minutes to the Pacific Edge Climbing Gym where you can buy a day pass and go rock climbing, take an exercise class, use their fitness machines and top it off by relaxing in their sauna.

This is a brand new build completed in 2026, designed specifically to provide the dream vacation experience. The house is adorned with high-end furniture, vacation essentials, and brand new appliances.

Ideally located in Santa Cruz’s coveted Seabright neighborhood, this home is just a short walk from the Santa Cruz Seabright beach, the Santa Cruz Harbor, and East Cliff Drive. Enjoy easy access to waterfront restaurants, coffee shops, breweries, and scenic coastal walking and biking paths. The ever iconic Santa Cruz Boardwalk, Municipal Wharf, and downtown Santa Cruz are all a 5-10 minute drive away. 15-20 minutes in the car will bring you to Pleasure Point surfing, Natural Bridges State Beach, Henry Cowell Redwoods State Park, renowned UC Santa Cruz, and countless other outdoor adventures awaiting you!

The house provides one parking spot in the driveway, and street parking is easily accessible, so you won’t have to lug your bags far into paradise. There is an EV charger in the garage. A keypad is located on the front door and your own unique door code will open the door. We change the code with each guest and nobody has the key except us and our housekeeper.

Each TV has app access to Disney+, HBO Max, Paramount+ and Peacock.

OPEN SPACE KITCHEN / DINING AREA / LIVING ROOM:

The entrance of the home immediately welcomes you into the spacious open concept living areas. The living room is designed for total relaxation, featuring an immersive, multi-zone sound system that lets you customize the audio throughout the space—all easily controlled via Bluetooth. A beautiful 65” Sony LED TV can be rotated to ensure an ideal watching experience. We have our own collection of board games, both well-known and unique, and books for the whole family!

The dining room seats 6-8 people comfortably and can be expanded with a leaf and two folding chairs to fit 10! We provide dishes, tableware, glassware, and placemats to ensure a fun dining experience. There are also four bar stools nearby for additional seating at the island. A foldable high chair, booster seat and plastic dishes for your youngest family members ensure nobody misses out on the dinner fun. If you prefer not to wash dishes, we offer paper cups, bowls and plates.
