« small appartment hotel, very clean , walking distance from the dock and restaurant , quiet place , owners very nice! will go back anytime !!!! »

« Great lodging with effective space for multiple groups of travelers. Location is perfect, off the tourist path, and easy to access by any taxis in Puerto Arroyo (just say you want to go to Parque Cascada). Groceries are available anywhere near the house, better produce quality found in the shops on Baltra Ave. Property manager is easy to communicate with and responds instantly. »

« Bien situé avec piscine propre. Jonathan a été très attentif et a répondu à toutes nos demandes. Notre seul bémol est la cuisine où il est assez difficile de cuisiner sans ventilateur. L’odeur se répand partout. Ha oui; les femmes de ménages sont un peu bruyantes le matin vers 7:00 en nettoyant l’appartement d’à côté. »

« Donna communicated with us before our trip to provide information about arrival and to offer transportation assistance from the airport. Once we were there she offered to arrange tours, suggest dining places and made reservations for us. She did everything she could to make our stay easy and enjoyable. On one of the tours she was our guide. That was so helpful. »

« Tatjana was very helpful with information prior to arrival, including the costs and processes to arrive at Santa Cruz. She also arranged the taxi that was on time and efficiently got us to the VRBO. There is AC in the bedroom and a new washer/dryer. They also had 2 bicycles and some snorkel equipment. Very nice to have these amenities! »
