Beautiful house near the beach and with great outdoor areas welcomes 5 people in Son Serra de Marina, in the North of Mallorca
In this beautiful house you can relax, unwind and spend a wonderful sun and beach holiday. You can have a coffee on the magnificent furnished terrace, equipped with sofas, also ideal for a rest after a long day at the beach. You can also take a shower and wash off the salt and sand in the outdoor shower available. At the back, you have another cosy terrace. On the first floor you will also find a small terrace, a cosy corner with spectacular views, where you can spend moments of solitude and seclusion. The property is fenced and there are neighbours in the surrounding area.

The interior of the house is great. The 100 m2 two storey house has a modern and current style with all comforts to have a perfect stay, as if you were at home. From the terrace we get into the living room. It is quite spacious and luminous, with a Mediterranean decor where wood and soft colours are the main protagonists. There is a very ample sofa where you can sit to rest while refreshing with the air conditioning, and another sofa by the terrace exit. The TV features satellite channels. The dining table is in the same room and has capacity for 4 people. The kitchen is independent and it is fully equipped with ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher, microwave and a table with 2 chairs for the morning breakfast. There are three bedrooms to rest in te house. Two of them can be found still on the ground floor, one with a double bed and the other with a single bed and air conditioning. Both with closet. A bathtub bathroom completes the ground floor. Upstairs you will find the last double bed bedroom with a closet, and a shower bathroom. If you are travelling with a baby, we can prepare a cot and a highchair. The house is equipped with central heating for the winter season. The washing machine is in the garage.

Son Serra de Marina is a residential and family tourist destiny. It is ideal for those who want to rest and enjoy the beach at the same time. You will find the basic services in the village; a little grocery store, a supermarket and a couple of restaurants which give us a clue of the kind of destiny. We can go to Can Picafort for everything else. The beach in Son Serra is characterised by its coarse sand, rocks an crystalline waters. It is a quiet and family beach, in other words, a delight. You can also visit other fantastic beaches like Muro, Puerto de Alcudia or Puerto de Pollensa and visit the medieval villages as well.
