« This was an amazing place to stay. New fixtures and vintage decor just blocks from downtown Solvang with all its yummy bites and wine tasting rooms. Will stay here again! »

« Excellent stay, enjoyed our time in Solvang. Great house for a group. Very comfortable to gather as a group and well appointed sleeping arrangements. Furniture in garage (couch and mattress) limited parking space in the garage due to vehicle sizes. We were only able to park 2 of 3 cars on the property. Would have been nice to have extra towels for the Spa. All said and done, we had a great stay. »

« We had an amazing time at this location! Seven of us stayed for a full week. It had a great layout with our older kids. Each bedroom had its own bathroom. It was clean and with the key code front door, it was super easy for our older kids to come and go as they pleased. It was 2 blocks from the ocean and so close to a bunch of restaurants and shops. We walked everywhere with no issues. It was clean and having a garage was really nice for all our beach toys and bikes. We had no problem parking...

« We had a wonderful stay celebrating a family member's 30th birthday. The house had everything we needed on a rainy weekend - cozy sofa, game room, well-equipped kitchen and incredible views. It is close enough to wineries and the cute towns of Los Olivos, Santa Ynez and Solvang while still feeling like you are out in the countryside. The beds were comfy and the entire house was spotless. Highly recommend! »

« We were in town with family for a memorial service and this house worked perfectly. It is very well stocked and the beds are comfortable. We enjoyed the rooftop with fire pit. My only complaint is the kitchen table is very small for a group. »

« We had a great stay here, only one night so we didn't get to explore Grover Beach much. We were SO pleased that the bed we slept on was great! We had a pleasant take-out dinner with our daughter in the dining room, and walked our dog around the neighborhood, and had coffee down the block. This place had everything we needed and nothing we didn't. We will call upon Melany and Jon again to stay here. »

« Here is my review and I would give the rental 4 stars. I would expect some nice amenities in order to give them 5 stars and this place had the bare minimum so didn't qualify for a top notch review. Nice, bright and airy space overall. The home was clean and the location is good. The beds are comfortable. The coffee service was excellent. However, there are some deficiencies that should be addressed: house was over-perfumed with plug in air fresheners only 4 ceramic dinner plates in a house...

« We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the carriage house. The house itself is cute; we had a fenced yard for the dog to enjoy and the area itself felt away from it all without actually being that far away. I don’t usually sleep well away from home but I slept like a baby there. The peace and quiet plus a comfortable bed did the trick. We would definitely go back to enjoy more of the wineries and great restaurants. »

« The location of this home in Nipomo was great. Short drive to many free beautiful attractions. The rental itself had anything and everything you would ever need. The kitchen is massive and had everything to prepare meals. The neighbors and their pets were very friendly. I would definitely book this home again. »

« Great location! We walked out to the beach and pier several times each day. Home is spacious and in good condition, online photos and descriptions are accurate. The home is a little noisy as the stairways are open - on the first floor we could hear folks talking on the third due to open stairways. Rooftop balcony is great for picnics and enjoying the view. Would definitely stay again - good value. »
