« The check in process was easy but had some trouble figuring out the electric lock. Also a little confusing that there is a key for the apartment door but you cannot use the key with the electronic lock in place. The place was up several flights of stairs. There is a small elevator that held 2-3 people. The apartment was clean and the a/c worked well. It was the perfect location with Spanish steps and trevi fountain nearby and many other sights just a short walk. We would definitely stay here...

The first toilet was non-functional upon our arrival, and the second one, when flushed, would expel excrement and water all over the floors.
