The Space:

Designed in classic Old Florida cottage style, My Blue Sky comfortably accommodates up to eight guests across three levels. While the home shares a twin structure with a separately owned neighboring unit, guests enjoy a quiet stay with no shared amenities and a peaceful residential feel.



Ground Floor: A convenient walk-in bonus shower, perfect for rinsing off after a day at the beach.



Second Floor: The main living space features an open-concept living area, a fully stocked kitchen with granite countertops, and a screened-in porch — ideal for morning coffee or unwinding in the evening.



Third Floor: All bedrooms are on this level. Two Gulf-side bedrooms, one with a king bed and one with a queen, each have a private en-suite bath and share a deck with Gulf views. A third bedroom with a queen bed and a bunk room with a twin-over-full bunk share a Jack-and-Jill bathroom. A full-size washer and dryer is also on this floor.



Outdoor features include a fire pit with seating for six for relaxing evenings, four bikes onsite for exploring 30A and the Timpoochee Trail, and Gulf views from the upper level and shared deck.



Guest Access:

Guests enjoy exclusive neighborhood beach access reserved for Old Blue Mountain Beach residents and guests, located just one minute from the front door at the end of a quiet street — a rare and highly desirable beach experience along 30A. A covered two-car carport provides shaded parking. Please note that parking is strictly limited to two vehicles.

My Blue Sky sits in the highly sought-after Old Blue Mountain Beach neighborhood on 30A — a quiet residential setting that's wonderfully walkable to dining, coffee, and local shops. The exclusive neighborhood beach access is just a one-minute walk down a quiet street at the end of the block. Grayton Beach is 1.5 miles east with iconic dining and shopping, and a Publix grocery store is about ten minutes away on Highway 98. Getting Around:

This location is ideal for walking and biking. Four bikes are provided onsite for exploring the 17-mile Timpoochee Trail and the surrounding 30A area. Restaurants, coffee, and shops are a short walk away, while Grayton Beach and the Publix on Highway 98 are a quick drive. Parking is strictly limited to two vehicles in the covered two-car carport.

House Rules & Important Information: No parties, events, bachelor, or bachelorette groups. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by an adult chaperone for the duration of the stay. No smoking. No pets. Parking is strictly limited to two vehicles. Violations of these policies may result in immediate eviction without refund.
