The space

Welcome to 'Poppy House!'

With 10 bedrooms, multiple living spaces, and room for everyone to gather or unwind, this stunning home is loaded with everything you need and more, just steps from the beach!

Step inside on the first floor, where you'll find a spacious game room complete with both a foosball table and ping pong table, TV, and sofa, creating the perfect hangout spot. The first floor also includes a laundry room, half bathroom, and the first four bedrooms. Three bedrooms each feature a King bed and an en-suite bathroom with dual vanities and a glass shower. The fourth bedroom is a bunk room with two sets of Twin-over-Twin bunk beds.

Head outside to your own private backyard retreat, featuring a private pool with a built-in fireplace and a hot tub. Under the covered patio, you'll find a built-in BBQ grill, outdoor dining table, and plenty of comfortable seating. An outdoor shower is also available for rinsing off after a day at the beach!

Moving up to the second floor, the open-concept living room has plenty of space for everyone to gather. This space flows right into the dining room, where a large table seats up to 12. The spacious kitchen is designed with groups in mind, complete with a double refrigerator/freezer, 6-burner gas range, a walk-in pantry, and an oversized island with seating for 6. Also on this floor is another laundry room, half bathroom, and two spacious master bedrooms. Each master features a King bed, a private balcony, and an en-suite bathroom with dual vanities, glass shower, and a separate soaking tub.

The third floor offers even more room to relax with an additional living area and kitchenette equipped with a wine fridge and microwave. This floor also includes a third laundry room and four additional bedrooms. Two King bedrooms each offer a private balcony with beautiful Gulf views, and an en-suite bathroom with dual vanities and a glass shower. Another King bedroom includes an en-suite bathroom with dual vanities and a glass shower. The final bedroom is another spacious bunk room with two sets of Twin-over-Twin bunk beds and an en-suite bathroom with a glass shower.

There is parking available for 6-7 cars in the driveway.

Guest access

Located in such a great area of Blue Mountain Beach! One of the most coveted beach access points with restrooms + lifeguards in season from 10 am - 6 pm is just down the street! It is known for its pristine white sand beach and quiet feel. Enjoy convenient access to Gulf Place Beach (and the fun shopping area there), and another convenient public beach access by Goatfeathers on 30A.

5 MINUTES AND UNDER WALKING DISTANCE to Ed Walline Regional beach access (parking available), Gulf Place Town Center, Shunk Gulley Oyster Bar, The Perfect Pig, Cava and Cakes, Papa Surf Burger Bar, Growler Garage, Pizza by the Sea, Chef Bistro 30A, Renaissance French Restaurant, South of Philly 30A, Pecan Jacks Ice Cream and Candy, Chefs 30A Deli, Shelbys Beach Bar and Grill!

Other things to note
-Please note we provide a starter set of supplies such as toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, dishwasher + laundry pods for your stay.
-Check in is 4:00 PM & check out is 10:00 AM. These times are strict and late check out may be subject to another day's rental fees.
-Smoking is prohibited.
-All renters must be over 25 years of age, or if under age 25 must be accompanied by a parent/legal guardian.
-The LSV (low-speed vehicle) is not to be driven past the town of Seaside to the East or past Stinky's restaurant to the West. Resolving any issue from the LSV battery dying because of the renters not charging it will be charged to the renters.
-Pool and hot tub/spa heating must be for the full duration of your stay and must be requested 48 hours prior to check-in and paid before the heater will be turned on. Pool heating cost is $50/night of your reservation and is available October 1st - April 30th. After April 30, guests can still heat the spa/hot tub for the same daily rate.
-Damage that occurs will be collected from the renters.
-Southern Holiday Homes can not be held liable for any damage or injury to any persons caused by pool, hot tub, bikes, or other amenities provided to guests.
