« Beautiful condo thoughtfully appointed with everything you need to feel comfortable! (except a brew coffee pot) Perfect location for us. Close enough to the fun without being directly in it giving us a choice of engagement level. Very well decorated!! »

« Living room furniture should be replaced. It’s worn and not comfortable to use. The same is recommended for master bedroom mattresses. Mattresses have seen their best years. Cheap pillows. “Dollar Store” quality patio chairs. They’re made of thin and cheap plastic. Not safe to sit in. Two of the four chairs were broken. Master toilet flushing was nearly non-functional. »

« We had a very last minute booking for this property, and we were very aware of the reviews talking about cleanliness. We had no issues and definitely didn’t see any of the problems mentioned in previous reviews. It was an EASY walk to the public beach, and plenty of room for us in the condo. We had excellent communication with the property manager, and were able to quickly and spontaneously add another day to our stay. I would absolutely recommend to any group looking for a low key stay! »

« Location was perfect for us, few steps and you are on the beach, restaurants, gas station and convenient store are walking distance! The apartment is very confortable, kitchen with all you need to cook. Easy check in in and check out process. Easy drive to Seaside, Rosemary Beach and others. »
