„Überraschend sauber., modern und komfortabel. Tolles Stadthotel für Durchreisende.“

„Pool very dirty. Inside were dead insects. So my wife and I didn't use it. Hot water was only activated after asking three times. Then the next day it didn't work again. Otherwise the staff is very friendly and accommodating.“

„Property is lacking attention to details when it comes to welcoming guest and room(smell) however once the staff got to know me, they have been accommodating. Positive attitude towards my request is very much appreciated and the peaceful atmosphere of the area(no traffic sounds) all hours of the day. I suggest they offer some dinner menus/evening food. Love their coffees and breakfast food. Maybe some continental breakfast. Overall I am happy and the longer I stayed the more I felt at ...

„Positive note: I smelt the freshness of the beddings. The staff were friendly and smiling. Negative notes: the toilet seat was ill-fitted , I end up sitting on the toilet bowl as the seat kept sliding backwards. The carpet was stained needs a good shampooing or replacing. I wiped the bed side table and telephone apparatus and they were really dusty and grubby. Food in the restaurant was costly for it's quality.“

„Yes there is a nice courtyard and the neighborhood where you can walk your dog “

„The room is so dirty, the pool is so disgusting. The environment is so dirty 👎👎👎👎“

„Nice place. It is not in walking distance to any shops of places to eat. If that's okay, its a good area “

„Decent place to stay while in the small urban community of Concepcion. Hospitable and accommodating staff.“

„Nice place to stay very simple rooms but nice“

„I was really looking forward to this stay. The pictures online are beautiful, reality was a bit different. The staff were nice and helpful. The bed and the surfaces were clean, under the cabinets was filthy and there were spiderwebs in the corners of the room. A light was in poor repair and falling off the wall. There are many lights in the room but only one light in the bathroom. I was only provided with two bath towels, hand towels and face cloths would have been nice.“
