It was great not needing the elevator and, since it was on the same floor, having quick access to both the pool, beach, and parking deck was very convenient. The condo was super clean, airy, and bright! The reason for the 4 star vs. 5 star rating is two-fold. 1) The king bed's mattress really needs an upgrade and 2) The back porch is fenced which doesn't allow a door to easily walk to the beach. The couch was very small and was not a sofa bed at all. The bedroom with 2 queens beds (trundle beds) has bunk beds in it not a trundle bed. You can fish or simply just enjoy the sun and view. I am usually a gulf front person but I loved it here. The unit is recently renovated and was wonderfully done. But there was sand all over the floor and we have a toddler so we couldn't put him down until we swept and mopped (There wasn't a mop so we went and bought a cheap mop to do it.) We mopped several times so you might want to put a mop in the room. We also bought a dish sponge so we could do the dishes.
