« Very clean. Had everything we needed. Washer and dryer not in unit. Its in the hall shared by others. Unit is 2 minute walk to the beach. You cant see the ocean from the unit. The property is very nice. 2 pools the heated one is very warm. Used the sauna was amazing. Location is perfect very private. Definitely will go back. »

« Emerald Isle is currently under construction as of March 2026. There is only one active elevator which creates long wait times. The unit was good, bit many outlets were not working. Property management moved us to a new resort (Portofino Island), which was great. I will book there instead next time. »

WiFi doesn’t exist on this particular unit, we have to use public WiFi, when I called the front desk, I was advised to reach out to either Expedia or hosteeva since they’re the once I booked with, what a disappointment. "L'hôtel est tres bien placé mais souffre d'un niveau de propreté en-deçà du niveau attendu. Mauvaise literie et clim bruyante. Pas de femme de ménage durant notre sejour.De nombreuses bebetes au niveau de la piscine... C'est donc un mauvais rapport qualité prix."

It's really horrible. The room was also very dirty, the floor is not done we passed a towel it was black, and the room had dust everywhere! I don't understand the positive opinions because even the beach is impassable, there are too many algae"
