« Looks can be deceiving! In room- AC made a horrible racket the whole time in use. Half the lights didn't work. Our belongings got locked in the safe. The bed was horribly uncomfortable. View was nice. Pool was not clean very cloudy. Staffing was short the tiki bar closed quite early most days. Bought a souvenir cup $(20) unlimited non alcoholic drinks, from the tiki bar to find out the drink my child wanted was out of stock half way through our 5 day vacation. (Lemonade)...

« Parking was terrible. Parking garage was closed for maintenance, but never saw them working on anything for the 4 nights we were there. Pool side bar was ok. You paid a $25 resort fee for pools and beach access but did not include chairs and people wore clothes in pool and babies not in swim diapers. Upside you did get 2 free drinks a day. So evened out if you used the bar. Aggressive breed dogs on property. People smoking cigarettes and marijuana on balconies. »

« Regrettable welcome from the Check in. The lady was very unpleasant and did not give us any information about the hotel. We had to ask him questions and we really felt like we were bothering him! The rooms are full of humidity, when we entered the room we felt like we were in a freezer! They are forced to put the air conditioning very cold otherwise the floor gets all set! Don't be fooled like us by the photos of the hall and the reception which is very beautiful and very design, which is true...
