Hotel Île Santa Rosa

« We stayed here the night before last to celebrate my daughter’s graduation, and the experience was truly amazing. The private beach and pool were a huge hit for our whole family, and the atmosphere made the celebration feel even more special. I’ve been coming here since I was a kid, so being able to share this place with my family now made it even more meaningful. We had a wonderful time, and we’re already planning to come back for a longer stay as soon as possible. »

« We arrived early ....and the check in time suppose to be 4pm ,but the room not available till 5pm ,we spoke with the Manager on duty but he didnt care he just told us to waIT till the room is ready. We check in after 5pm and the room was smell bad and the AC didnt work is very HOT inside, we called but they didnt come till the next morning. « La plage et la piscine de l’hôtel sont vraiment très agréables. La chambre était très spacieuse, propre, avec une belle literie et une vue incroyable. L’accueil a été très bon. Notre séjour a été vraiment reposant. Nous avons regretté de ne pas y rester 2 nuits. Je recommande vivement cet hôtel, qui fait parti des meilleurs que nous ayons fait aux États Unis. »

« We stayed two nights and they have everything you need right at the resort. We did not leave until check out. They have a nice restaurant, ice cream bar was amazing. Pool side bar and waiter that will come to you. Enjoyed the beach. Pool was very busy because it was a holiday weekend. Overall a nice stay. »

« Regrettable welcome from the Check in. The lady was very unpleasant and did not give us any information about the hotel. We had to ask him questions and we really felt like we were bothering him! The rooms are full of humidity, when we entered the room we felt like we were in a freezer! They are forced to put the air conditioning very cold otherwise the floor gets all set! Don't be fooled like us by the photos of the hall and the reception which is very beautiful and very design, which is true...

« The floor was filthy. There was sand everywhere. The washer and dryer need proper maintenance performed. It took several cycles to get the laundry clean and dry. The kitchen did not have everything necessary to cook and the dishes had not been washed prior to our arrival. The hot water heater is in need of either a good cleaning or repairs as the hot water only lasted a few moments before running out. There was no extra bedding for the pull out sofa bed. « The property is gorgeous, however, they could give you more details than they do. For instance, we opened the room with no instruction, no directories, no anything. The electrical outlets in the kitchen mostly did not work. I tried to use the Keurig and ran it through a few times and it was the most disgusting thing I have seen.
