Room neglected 100%, staff support lacking 1,000% since day 1 the stay here was a night mare. Address listed was incorrect, I copied and pasted directly from Expedia app and it took me somewhere else. When I arrived to location getting in was really complicated. No human there to assist. Only chats with people that claim they speak English but have no idea what you’re talking about or what they’re even saying. Lock battery on the door was dying so door wouldn’t lock and they fixed it until the next day. Apartment was so dirty it was disgusting. Floor dirty, roof in shower was moldy, sink and handles in bathroom dirty, countertop in kitchenette and window curtains stained, the a/c and the tv remotes were nasty with unidentified residue between buttons, and the worst part was that they advertise Wi-Fi but I stayed there 1 week and the wifi never worked in the apartment only in the lobby.
