„The hotel and property is great mainly because it’s new. However you must be careful to ask what side your room is facing because “beachside” means to most people that you are getting a room that faces the beach. Not so with their meaning of beach side. “Beachside” for them is a room that faces the street where cars pass by. “Beachfront” means you are getting a room that faces the beach for them. So be careful and sure to ask what you are getting as I was fooled. “

„We only had a few days to spend on AMI. The Pink House was quaint and unique, perfectly located a block from the beach and literally beside an amazing restaurant Smoqhouse. „We enjoyed the stay! Comfortable beds, beach gear, pool was directly adjacent to the apartment. You could see pool to keep eyes on kiddos swimming from kitchen, but could also hear the noise from pool with one of the bedrooms facing pool area. It was a short walk to beach and had water hose out front to rinse sand. We got there a little before check in and had no issues getting inside. Location perfect. “
