    Kommen Sie und genießen Sie dieses neu renovierte und private Haus! Dieses Haus liegt zentral mit einfachem Zugang zu den Stränden, Restaurants und Geschäften.

    Mit einer 2-3 minütigen Autofahrt erreichen Sie die South Venice Ferry (nur für diese Community verfügbar), die Sie zu einem wunderschönen Privatstrand bringt! Fährpass für unsere Gäste ohne Aufpreis erhältlich.

    Das Haus verfügt über einen brandneuen, sonnigen, nach Westen ausgerichteten, mit Salzwasser beheizten Pool () sowie einen eigenständigen Whirlpool. Schöne und geräumige gepflasterte Terrasse mit neu installierter Abschirmung, die den gesamten Bereich abdeckt.

    Die Küche ist modern und komplett ausgestattet, falls Sie sich für eine Mahlzeit entscheiden. Beide Schlafzimmer haben Kingsize-Betten (Guest Master ist Firm Memory Foam). Das Hauptschlafzimmer verfügt über ein komfortables Kingsize-Bett (mittelharte Spring / Foam-Hybride) mit direktem Zugang zur Terrasse / zum Poolbereich. Die Schlafzimmer befinden sich auf gegenüberliegenden Seiten des Hauses (getrennt durch Küche und Wohnzimmer) und bieten zusätzliche Privatsphäre. Beide Bäder haben begehbare Duschen. Der Wohnbereich verfügt über ein Schlafsofa, das in ein Doppelbett umgewandelt werden kann.

    Garage mit automatischem Tor hält Ihr Auto sicher, trocken und kühl.

Nice home in quiet neighborhood for relaxing week in Venice. Patio and pool area great, short drive to beaches and downtown area. Communication with host was great. Easy check in/check out process. Would definitely stay here again.

Excellent stay! Perfectly appointed house for our vacation, so close to Manasota Key and other Venice beaches. We loved it! The pool and deck are so private and tropical and the beach supplies were an awesome addition.

This property was perfect for my husband and I, and our dog Bella. It was clean. The host, Chester was extremely attentive. We had everything we needed for a comfortable, fun, vacation.The tropical themed screened lanai area with heated, saltwater pool was glorious and just large enough for me to do my daily laps, while my husband loved the hot tub. Venice beach was a short drive and there are some excellent restaurants, all within a 15-30 minute drive

This was one of the best rentals that we have stayed in. Everything was just as pictured. The owners have thought of everything. The property was spotless, the pool was sparkling clean and well heated as was the hot tub. The neighborhood was quiet. Communication was flawless. We would definitely stay again.

Our 5th stay at the Casa Coco and we are already planning for next year! Chester and Aneta's place is so nicely appointed - everything you need for a relaxing pool and beach vacation. The space is bright and modern and spotless! Communication with the host was great. The location is perfect - close to beaches, restaurants and downtown Venice, the area feels very secure.

Our favorite property in Venice, Florida!

We have stayed at Chester and Aneta's place a few times and love the house and the location. The house is spotless, modern and well equipped. There are several beaches and great restaurants nearby. We had a few questions during our stay and the owners were very responsive. Already planned our next trip!

Private Paradise

Loved this property. Chester and Anita were great hosts! We loved how clean and well set up the home was. Everything you could ever need on vacation is at this house. We love what they have done with the pool area to make it private and secluded. We will definitely be returning in the future.

We had the BEST time ever at Casa Coco! The house was immaculate, it had everything we needed (plus so much more). I’m very picky about hot tubs and this hot tub was the cleanest I’ve ever seen. Having the enclosed patio was such a bonus with the pool. Unfortunately we came in on the coldest time ever and couldn’t use the pool, but boy did I try! I jumped in a few times and it was lovely and warm (just not warm enough outside). Thank you so much for our stay, we will be coming back!

Great home base

Chester and Aneta have put so much thought into their home! It was clean, comfortable and close to so many beaches. We enjoyed our excursions away from the home and enjoyed having all of the amenities at the home to come back to for a relaxing afternoon and evening. We would highly recommend!

Beautiful property with amazing communication

Our family had the best time at your beautiful home! Our kids from teen to toddler aged all loved everything about our stay from the pool, the games, and the extra sand toys and things to bring to the beach. The owners have thought of everything you might need to have a fantastic beach vacation. The location is great too. We were able to go to multiple different beaches that weren’t far from the house at all. We hope to stay again in the future!

Wonderful!

The Casa Coco was just perfect!. So close to everything Venice has to offer. The pool and hot tub were just what we need on the unseasonably cool nights during out visit. Having two king bedrooms and separate baths made it so nice for privacy. Chester and Aneta were wonderful hosts. Will definitely be going back!

I've had many good VRBO host and Chester is absolutely one of the best. The Heated pool and hot tub were very enjoyable! The landscaping was absolutely beautiful and gave the home privacy, especially the back covered pool, patio & hot tub area! I wish I was still laying in a chaise lounge listening to the palm trees moving in the breeze! The home had everything that you needed and nothing that you didn’t! Some rentals have absolutely nothing in them not even paper towels or Ziploc bags or Tupperware container for packing lunches for the beach. Others have lots of junk to sort through in the kitchen and drawers. This home was perfect for two children and adults! Chester and Aneta have great attention to detail throughout the home and were great with communication.

Amazing!

Chester and Aneta’s place was absolutely perfect for our family vacation! The house is adorable and impeccably clean. Nice sized pool and great outdoor space. Located near several beaches and fun restaurants. Kitchen had everything we needed to make a few meals. Beach chairs, towels and a shark tooth sifter were available to borrow. Hosts responded quickly to a couple of questions we had during our stay. Planning to return soon!

Our favorite!

Chester and Aneta’s place is perfect! Super clean and well appointed. Short drive to restaurants and beaches. This was our 4th stay and the only reason we might not return to this house would be to try their other VRBO also in Venice. Tough decision! Either way, we are looking forward to it already.

Tropical Oasis!

We loved our week at this home - we did not want to leave! The house is very clean and well appointed. But the outside living space - that's what really makes this home shine! We couldn't get enough of the sparking heated pool and cozy hot tub. We went to a different beach every day that we were there, and found over a hundred shark teeth! This home is the perfect base for exploring Venice + surrounding areas. Can't wait to go back!

Fabulous

Casa Coco is a beautiful villa, perfectly appointed with everything you could need. High quality decor, pool and covered outdoor space was lovely. The villa was incredibly clean. Chester and Aneta have been fabulous hosts and have responded to any messages we had very promptly and reached out to reassure us regarding a tropical storm that was due to hit during our stay. It was great base to explore the area and the many local beaches . We would highly recommend Casa Coco. Thank you for sharing your lovely villa with us.

Perfect Home in a Perfect Location

5 star home with a 6 star host. We had planned events in Sarasota, Punta Gorda, and Fort Myers on several days but spent most our time locally enjoy Manasota Key, Venice, and Venetian Waterway Trail/Legacy Trail. We found this area of Florida more manageable for dinner reservations and tee times......as more popular areas are getting bottlenecked. Thank you Aneta and Chester!!

Home away from home ♥️

My favorite VRBO stay of all time. From amazing hosts who were very helpful and informative, to a pristine property that met all of my family’s needs from rest and relaxation to fun and sun. Perfect weather, warm pool and relaxing hot tub, with modern interior decor that reminded me of home. 10 minute drive to Manasota Beach where we enjoyed our afternoons, laying in the sun and collecting shark teeth. A multitude of restaurants and shopping. Can’t wait to stay again! A special thanks to the hosts for being kind, helpful and thoughtful. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Our favorite VRBO yet!

This house has it all! From the gorgeous pool area to the comfortable beds, this place was so perfect for our family of four. The kitchen has everything you need to cook meals or make frozen drinks. The whole house was cozy and clean! The owners even provided a flea rake for shark tooth hunting, beach chairs, an umbrella and a small cooler for using at the many shark tooth beaches in the area. The owner, Chester was easy to communicate with and went out of his way to make our stay amazing! We will definitely be back! Thanks for a fabulous place to stay Chester and Anita!

Great Stay!

My husband and I stayed for 8 weeks during January and February. Check-in was smooth and easy and the house was exactly as it appears in the photos. Chester and Aneta were great hosts and made sure we had everything we need throughout our stay. We especially loved ending our day in the spa, but the pool was very nice too. PROS House was very clean Comfortable beds Great decor Easy check in/out Excellent pool/spa and patio Attentive and helpful hosts Central location to beaches, shopping and Shamrock Park Good wifi speed CONS Neighbors dog barks a lot sometimes Backyard wasn’t big enough for my dogs to run around Low water pressure in master shower We had a great stay and would definitely recommend this house!
