This house was in a perfect location for us to see multiple areas around Sarasota. We were visiting for Spring Break and the pool was one of our favorite parts of the house. It was very relaxing to come home from the beach and be able to swim in the heated pool. The kitchen was fully equipped and the owner checked in with us multiple times to make sure we had everything we needed. We would stay here again for sure!!

Had a great week! The home is just as listed. The location was convenient to everything and the neighborhood is quiet. The heated pool was perfect and all the beach supplies needed for a day at the beach! The door code didn’t work when we arrived but the host came immediately over and fixed it. She checked in on us throughout the week and was very helpful. I would definitely book this place again!

We had an awesome time at the Gulf Breeze Cottage. Tracey was very nice and responded promptly when needed. The location is great—Publix, Costco, Target, all close by. The beach is a short drive by car. The beach chairs, umbrella and sand toys were very useful. But we spent the most time in the warm pool! My grandkids loved it! Great hosts and great house!

Wonderful spot in Sarasota!

Our family of 6 (ages 9-75yrs) loved our stay at this home! Tracey was thoughtful and very responsive. The location was convenient to the beaches, downtown, and restaurants/stores. The house was clean, private, and super well-stocked with cooking supplies, games, and beach toys and chairs. Of course, the star of the house was the POOL! We are already planning our return trip!

Wonderful vacation house!

My family and I really enjoyed staying here. All the pictures were accurate and the amenities were as advertised. The host was helpful and very easy to work with. If we vacation in the Sarasota/Siesta Key area again, we would not hesitate to book this VRBO.

We absolutely enjoyed our stay in the property. It felt like it was our own home with everything we needed and also quite charming. When we arrived, we were welcomed with key lime pie in the fridge and a note from the manager. We felt at home in an instant. We look forward to coming back the next year.

Tolles Haus in ruhiger Lage

Wir haben den Aufenthalt in diesem Haus sehr genossen. Der Pool war angenehm temperiert sodass er eine Willkommene Abkühlung bot und man stundenlang darin baden konnte. Fußläufig sind alle Geschäfte erreichbar, die man im Alltag benötigt.Die Gegend war sehr ruhig und freundlich. wir würden das Haus auf jeden Fall empfehlen!

Wonderful stay

My Mom and I really enjoyed our stay at this great home. It was beautifully decorated, updated, clean and in a great location in south Sarasota. The outdoor space was also nice. There were TVs in all of the bedrooms and living room offering streaming options which took some getting used to since we are "cable" people. :) The property manager was awesome and very accommodating. We would definitely stay here again!

Cozy home

Super cute house, love how it was decorated, house was clean upon arrival, nice pool to enjoy, and wonderful patio to relax on around the pool, has everything you need including things for the beach, short drive to Siesta Key beach, close to restaurants, great communication with owner, was spacious enough for 6 adults and a 5 month old. We would definitely rent again!

Sparkling clean, nice comfortable furniture and extremely comfortable beds. Excellent communication with Tracey - she responded immediately to our questions. Location was great - nice, quiet neighborhood, private backyard, close to grocery store and quick 10 -15 minute drive to Siesta Key beach. The pool was a nice bonus - during our stay, (when our weather was in the high 60’s and low 70’s) the water was heavenly 84 degrees.

Home with pool, convenient to beach

We felt very at home at this vrbo. The kitchen was well stocked, the house was clean, the grandkids were happy for the twin beds so they didn't have to sleep with each other, we loved the heated pool. It was so convenient to the beach and we were very happy for the beach chairs, umbrella, toys, and towels. We hope to come again!

Our vacation in the house was wonderful, the house was clean, the pool was warm. Ocean 7 minutes by car. The hosts are friendly, respond quickly to messages, we arrived in the morning at 10, and we were allowed to check into the house earlier than 4 pm without additional payment. Thank you)

Great stay ended all too early due to Hurricane Milton

The property was perfect for me as a single traveller and would also suit a couple with children. It's located within a five minute drive of the nearest supermarket and restaurants (walkable if you prefer), and just ten to fifteen minutes from Siesta Key beach. The pool is a decent size and very private with a garden beyond the cage that has a lime tree in it, amongst others. There's comfy seating in the open plan kitchen/dining/living room and a large screen Smart TV. Both bathrooms have showers and plenty of towels are provided. Tracey is an excellent host and dealt very efficiently with a problem I had with the refrigerator. My stay was cut short by the unfortunate arrival of Hurricane Milton but I would have no hesitation in returning to this delightful property if the opportunity arose in the future. Highly recommended.

Sarasota Family Trip

I had to make alternative arrangements in the aftermath of Hurricane Helene. Tracey was very responsive when I messaged late at night. We actually stayed in another of her properties when she checked and found that the electricity was out due to downed trees in the neighborhood. The alternate property she offered was one I was actually already considering. The location was great for our purposes, close to where our family function was occurring. The property and amenities were perfect. I can't say enough about Tracey as a property manager. She was extremely flexible with reserving the property and very responsive with any questions we had.

Perfect place for a vacation

We had a wonderful vacation at the Gulf Breeze Cottage. Tracey made our stay very easy and we felt welcome right away. We (three generations) enjoyed the pool, the house and the whole area.The beaches on Siesta Key is just a small car ride away. Grocery shopping is only a bike ride away. We would love to come back another time.

Wonderful Property

Our family stayed here for two weeks and it has been a wonderful experience. The property is exact like the description. The location is convenient, the property is really clean and well appointed with tasteful/updated furniture. The kitchen is cooking/baking friendly and appliance are all well maintained. Love the unique stone countertop and the bamboo style floor tiles. The pool is large and clean. We used it daily and enjoyed lounging on the nice furniture. There are fans everywhere in addition to the AC which is a nice touch. Overall, a wonderful experience and definitely would recommend especially with the reasonable price comparing to other properties. Thank you for sharing your lovely cottage with us.. The Zs
