Our stay was great. This home was stocked with everything you need. From kitchen utensils to everything you need for the beach! Pool is nice and secluded .We never had to contact the host for anything. Nice and flawless. Like every vacation should be!

This property is beautiful, clean, very well maintained and the owners have thought of everything. It has matching sets of kitchenware, towels, beach chairs and even bicycles. The pool area is secluded, perfect for swimming, grilling, relaxing and having fun. The location is within minutes of the beach, shopping and restaurants. The owners are wonderful and very responsive. We contacted them when the WiFi went down and the issue was promptly resolved. We truly enjoyed our stay and definitely would return.

This remodeled home was beautiful, super clean and very well designed with two suite areas. The heated pool was lovely and a view from the living room area. It was very helpful to have an additional refrigerator. The house is a short drive to the beach. Aneta was very responsive to our questions and helpful. We would stay in this home again.

Amazing place to stay! Clean, spacious, and very cozy. The house had everything we needed to cook and clean. Pool was warm and our kids loved it. The hosts were very easy to communicate with and answered all our questions promptly. Hope to come back one day!
The dog beach was a hit with our dog.
Great beach 10 minute drive.
Lovely bike-walking trail near by.
We loved going shark tooth hunting! The house had everything we needed to do so.

This was our first time vacationing for Christmas and we could not have asked for a better trip! The house was perfect. The kids enjoyed the pool every chance they got. The location is perfect, grocery stores, restaurants, beaches were all within 5-15 min drives with some being just around the corner. Our favorite beach was Manasota Key which was a very short drive from the house. If you like shark teeth, we booked a shark tooth excursion with Fossil Recovery Exploration located in Arcadia about an hour away. We found some amazing teeth including a couple megs! The kitchen was perfectly equipped with everything we needed. We also enjoyed eating at the Pineapple Tequila Grill and Cantina. It was just a 5 min drive down the road. Thank you for letting us stay in your beautiful home that made for an unforgettable Christmas. We hope to come back!-The Goodmans, Ohio

Fabulous spot!

Our family enjoyed every moment of our time in this charming rental. The pool was better than described - heated and newly refreshed with a new paver patio. The kitchen had everything we needed. The garage held everything we needed for a day at the beach or the pool. We were extra appreciative of the beach umbrella. There were plenty of beach towels. The location was central to local beaches. Communication with the owners was prompt. We will be back!

Venice -The Windy City of Florida

Everything as described. Nice and clean. Beds comfortable, location good, approx 1/4 mile to Legacy trail. Our youngest grandchild who is almost 2 loved seeing and hearing the airplanes. It is close to airport and they do start up early. Pool was heated but cool for grandma, hosts did turn it up as I requested. It was cooler weather and windy this year so that made it a bit more difficult . Close to Legacy Trail and Shamrock Park. Close to Sharky’s , quiet neighborhood. They have bikes but our grands were too little for them. Sand toys for beach was nice for them. Pack and play used and helpful. We enjoyed our stay , thank you. The patio was nice to sit on and just chill. Would recommend!

Excellent home with all the special touches

We just returned from our stay at this home 12/23/24 to 1/4/25. The property descriptions do not do it justice. Home was extremely clean. We loved the location to the beaches, just a short drive. The warm salt-water pool was so relaxing. The extra refrigerator next to the washer/dryer was great to keep water bottles, pop, etc. for the beach.We found SO many shark teeth on Caspersen Beach! My kids had so much fun.We wanted to do something different this year after a recent death in the family. Overall, it was a very special Christmas/ New Years! We would consider visiting again. Great Getaway

This cozy home was the perfect get away for me and my friends! Very clean and had everything we needed. Close to restaurants, beaches, and pickleball. Fun shopping in downtown Venice. We'll be back for sure!

Comfortable home/great location

Very clean home, nicely furnished and well maintained. We enjoyed the heated pool during lots of windy days and chilly temperatures in February. The hosts were very responsive & the location is close to the Legacy Trail.

Wonderful property

My husband and myself along with my brother and sister-in-law stayed for a week in this wonderful home. The home was immaculate and smelled so fresh upon entering. The layout was just perfect for two couples to stay there. The kitchen was extremely well equipped. The pool was a delight. It was on the cool side while we were there but the heated pool still enticed us to go swimming. The host was always prompt in their replies. Being able to park in the garage was an added bonus. Location was great as well.

We had a great time. The house was clean and had everything we needed. The pool and patio area were nice too.........we used them evey day. Second time renting!

Our return trip to this home was great! As always, the owners are fantastic and responsive to any questions/concerns that may arise. The location is fabulous and it has everything you will need for your vacation. Make sure you take time to visit Shamrock Park; it is close and is great for walking/jogging/biking.

Great stay, loved the pool!

This was a fantastic property with plenty of space. It was nicely updated and clean. Nice distance to beaches.The pool was absolutely fantastic! Perfect for playing all day and keeping cool! The ferry to a private beach is no longer available to guests which is a bummer. Also, we would have liked to be able to control the temperature in the home during the stay. However, the owners were very responsive and helpful. Other than those two things, we absolutely loved our stay and would highly recommend to others!

A very relaxing stay in a lovely town

Our family stayed at the house for a week and had a wonderful time. The house was spacious and located in a quiet street, so we had no complaints. The beds were very comfortable and everything was clean and organized for us upon arrival as well. We were happily surprised to find a whole row of bicycles available for us to use, which we enjoyed on early morning bike rides to Shamrock park and to see the town. The pool was also very nice and had a lot of toys available, which the kids played with to their content. There were plenty Beach chairs, a cooler and an umbrella that we always appreciated having on the property for our trips to Venice Beach. The grill that was available was used almost everyday while we were on vacation, and it help up well. But most of all, communication with the owner was super smooth, and we were always one call away from any questions we had being answered, and the service was excellent. Thank you for helping our family have a relaxing vacation we won’t forget.

Home away from home

Aneta your home was clean, warm, comfortable and welcoming. The pool was a lifesaver because of the red tide. You’re location was great and close to everything that Venice had to offer. The notebook you have with information and numbers was great, it helped us see what Venice had for activities. Hoping to visit Venice again and stay at your home!
