Verbesserungswürdig: Sauberkeit, Ausstattung und Zustand der Unterkunft
First of all, we were given our room key- when we got to the room we opened the door, and the bed was all unmade and messed up. Then we looked around and someone's stuff was everywhere. This was about 10:00pm. Luckily no one was in the room, but we could have easily walked off with all of their valuables. She had told us the wrong room and given us the key for that room. When we finally got to the correct room, it was disgusting. I am not picky. As long as a room is clean, I don't mind it being old. This was both. I had also booked a room with 2 double beds. This had one double bed, it said it was a queen, but there is no way. I have only left a hotel once about 30 years ago due to it being dirty etc. We could not stay here. First of all there were two of us sharing a room and it only had one double bed. It also was old and dirty. The photos are NOTHING like the hotel looks. Even if it was clean I old put up with the rust on all of the towel bars etc, the old old furniture, the gross ceiling and dirty walls, but it was dirty. This in addition to not feeling safe as we were worried that someone else might get our key. The girl at the desk was nice, but this is not somewhere I would ever stay and if I couled give it even less stars, i would.
