The Guanacaste airport is approximately 40 minutes by car. For your convenience, a rental car is recommended to fully enjoy the area.

This beautiful home offers a comfortable and modern setting for families and groups of friends with three bedrooms and two full bathrooms.
The master bedroom features a king bed and an in-suite bathroom, while the second bedroom offers two queen beds and the third bedroom has a double bed plus a full bathroom comfortably accommodating up to 8 guests.
The home features an inviting living room with a TV, a dining area and a fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to prepare your favorite meals anytime during the day. All indoor areas have air conditioning and Wi-Fi access to ensure a comfortable stay. For added convenience, the property includes a fully equipped laundry room with a washer and dryer.
Step outside to enjoy your private swimming pool, relax in the garden or gather on the terrace furnished with tables and chairs for all guests. The outdoor BBQ area is perfect for preparing meals and enjoying time together in the tropical surroundings.
The property also offers a covered parking for two vehicles and additional space for at least two more.

Baby equipment (Pack’n Play and high chair) is available for rent upon request. Please contact us in advance to check availability.

PETS ALLOWED: This home allows only 1 pet under 10 kg (22 lb). Please provide additional information such as breed, age and weight for previous approval. Also, it requires a Pet Deposit which will be returned if no damage is reported.

Please note, we have security cameras installed on the exterior of the property, monitoring only outdoor areas. Your safety is our top priority.

LATE CHECK IN FEE: A $30 late check-in fee will be applied to guests arriving after 6 pm, a $50 late check-in fee will be applied after 9 pm in cash.
