Rich Coast was an amazing host and tended eagerly and promptly to all of our needs.The unit was fully stocked and small items that weren’t there were provided upon request. The kitchen was clean and functional. The windows facing the hall were an odd design requiring those window coverings to be kept closed. A/c temp was fine for us.As reported by other guests the unit was dated and showing quite a bit of wear and tear. We had a small issue with a 6-legged guest early on but it was dealt with and did not recur. The balcony and grounds of Pacifico were beautiful and well-maintained. Nearby palm trees provided adequate shade and privacy. Several pools and a poolside bistro adjacent to the building.One issue was the unit above. They had very heavy furniture that scraped loudly across the tiled floor at all hours of the day and night making it very difficult to sleep when we needed to.The local amenities were plentiful with several grocery stores near the Pacifico entrance and many restaurants and small shops within walking distance with various cuisines and vibes. The beach and downtown were a 15-20 min walk from our unit, with 2 kids (10 and 8). We did not use a car or golf cart during our stay but many do. We had transport arranged for excursions which can be done through Rich Coast or other companies.If you’re interested in pickleball, be aware that renters can only play between the hours of 10-3, and it is HOT if you’re there in the dry season.
