This house is absolutely beautiful and has the best location on the beach. Surrounded by delicious restaurants. Kids had the best time. Road leading to the house could have been better with holes filled, but the car survived as long as we drove very slow. Management easy to contact.

Wonderful beach condo

The condo is just like it appears in the pictures. It is clean, spacious and in good repair. You are steps to the beach or pool from the back patio. The beach is very nice. Great sand, no debris and easy waves. The property manager is attentive and helpful. Such a wonderful place.

Great condo!

We've stayed at several VRBOs and this one was true to it's listing. Location is great, management company was very responsive and engaged. Had a few very minor hiccups and they responded immediately and helped us.If you're looking to stay in this part of CR, I would definitely recommend this condo building, location and management group.

Amazing stay

Wow, the reviews don't disappoint. I researched long and hard to find the perfect place and find it I did! It really wasn't busy at all when we were there either, first week of April, which surprised us. So nice to have beach, pool and restaurants at your fingertips. The place was very well equipped with everything you need to make fab meals and eat outside with the waves crashing as your nightly soundtrack. Thank you to these condo owners for making our first trip with our kiddos (4 and 6) a magical one!

Everything about our stay was perfect, from beginning to end. The weather was gorgeous! We loved drinking coffee and listening to the waves on the patio in the mornings. The birds were pretty and fun to watch as well. We saw howler monkeys in the trees a little ways up the beach. We enjoyed the little town of Playa Hermosa so much! Ginger was our favorite restaurant, but it was so convenient to walk to other nearby restaurants just minutes away. The condo itself was exactly as listed. There is a lot of space and everything is simply lovely. The little gift basket upon arrival was such a sweet gesture. The pool/hot tub area is steps from the patio and most of the time we had it all to ourselves. But, we loved playing in the waves on the beach the most. Even though the sand is dark, we were able to snorkel a lot and saw some pretty fish. We had a rental car and drove to La Leona waterfall (less than an hour away) and definitely recommend that. We also zip lined there which was a blast. We felt the Pura Vida vibes everywhere we went and honestly can’t wait to go back to Costa Rica. We will 100 percent stay at Sol y Mar again! Highly recommend!

If you love luxury accommodations, a small crowd, direct beach access, and the sounds of the Pacific this is the place for you! There is not enough stars for me to rate how relaxing and rejuvenating this special place is! Can’t wait to visit again!

The Zindis Group were the consummate property managers. The property was phenomenal and Zindis kept checking to make sure we were well taken care of on the time in Guanacaste. We go to Costa Rica multiple times a year and this will be the place to revisit.

We had a lovely stay. The property was everything we were looking for. Beautiful beach view from the condo and lovely walks. One of the locals took us fishing and back to their home for dinner. Loved everything about this trip. The condo is beautiful and you can't beat the location. Steps from the pool and the ocean and a gorgeous view from the patio. A lovely spot to relax

We found everything to be clean, as advertised, and lovely. The check-in process was easy, the poop area was a favourite, and the beach was calm and easy. We enjoyed taking a snorkel boat tour right out on the beach, loved walking the beach, and enjoyed breakfasts at Verde close by. We would recommend this spacious and well located condo.
