Great property! More beautiful than than the listing!

The property was beautiful with the most gorgeous views. Seriously had everything we could need or want including beach toys (boogie boards, noodles). It’s in a very safe and gated community and we never once had concerns about safety. Very clean, comfortable and modern inside. If you’re on the fence, just book this property! Will definitely book this property again!

Wonderful!

We had such an amazing time staying at this property! The house is so comfortable and offers plenty of space. The views are spectacular especially when you catch the sunset. Having a washer/dryer is a huge bonus when traveling with kids. We felt very safe in the community and even though there was construction it did not bother us a bit. Plenty of pool/beach towels. One quick tip…make sure you have reusable bags for the grocery store on property. We hope to be back again soon!

Perfect week

Overall, a wonderful week spent with family at this beautiful house. Location is great, but you will need a vehicle to access the beach club, as it is down a pretty steep hill and a couple miles away. Also, I would recommend a couple additional lounge chairs for the pool as there were only two… We found ourselves fighting for them!. The pool was great, and the house was well equipped and clean. Would have loved some additional cleaning supplies on hand so we could freshen up the house up midweek. Overall, a wonderful house and a wonderful vacation.

Gorgeous Views and Great Amenities

We had a fantastic stay! The home is gorgeous and offers stunning views. Having access to the beach club which was a nice bonus.Most of our excursions—ziplining, ATV riding, and charter fishing—were around 1.5 hours away. The drives were a bit challenging at times due to the road conditions, but the experiences were well worth it.The house is located in a gated neighborhood with 24/7 security patrol, which gave us great peace of mind. We also loved the convenience of having a grocery store right within the neighborhood.Inside, the home was so well-stocked with everything we could possibly need: beach towels, pool noodles, boogie boards, high-quality cookware, grilling tools, and even essentials like dishwasher and laundry detergent. Everything was thoughtfully provided.

Costa Rica FUN!!!

Property has amazing views!!! Communication with property rental company was superb!!! Concierge's was extremely helpful in setting up groceries, transportation and excursions. The house: You could not ask for a better view. Beds are extremely comfortable and house was very clean. I can't think of one negative thing to say about this property. Would book this property again, and again.

Beautiful house!

We stayed in this house for 10 days and it was perfect for our group of 8. The house is clean and just as pictured. Great location in the pacifico community with easy access to grocery store and restaurants. Very safe. Definitely recommend!

I have been to Costa Rica almost 20 times always renting properties. I have stayed in Condo's, apartments and many houses. I must say this is the best house i have ever stayed in and the location is great with a good view of the ocean and surrounding area. I will be definitely looking at booking this house next year.

Beautiful home near Coco Beach!

We took our 4 teenagers to Costa Rica for Christmas. Casa Napoleon was beautiful, clean, spacious, and had all of the amenities we needed. The home is located inside of a gated community with 24 hour security and a guard shack which made us feel safe and at ease. The beach club access was an awesome perk - food and drinks were great, as was the beach. Our concierge was wonderful and went above and beyond, even assisting with retuning a cell phone we left in an Uber! Through Zindis, we hired a chef for our first and last night and it 1000% made our stay here perfect! Chef to Go and staff were incredible! My kids raved about the food and I am still thinking about it! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!! Lastly, Coco is a great place to stay and serves as an excellent “base camp” with access to many different types of “adventure” within an hour or two of here, yet you get to enjoy the more predictable and warm, sunny weather of Guanacaste. We saw monkeys in the trees just outside the back door on our last day there, and you truly cannot beat the view!! We can’t wait to visit Costa Rica again! Pura Vida!

Great location in El Coco

This is a beautiful home located in the hills of El Coco. The town is just a few minutes away, with plenty of other adventures just a short drive away. Being able to utilize the Pacifico Beach Club is a major plus.

We had a wonderful time! The property was exceptionally clean and spacious. The pool was refreshing and the views beautiful. It was a short drive to the Pacifico Beach Club and nearby restaurants. The house was a great home base for exploring beaches, as well. We would love to return someday!

Amazing house!

We had a great time in CR and at this property. House manager was available throughout the trip. House is super pretty and had everything we needed to cook. We hired a private chef through the management company and I highly recommend doing that at least once during your trip. The food was amazing!

Very Nice Luxury Home in Pacifico

We really enjoyed our stay at Casa Napoleon. The views are terrific and the home is well maintained. It is located in the gated community of Pacifico and is beautiful. The Zindis group manages the property and does a nice job. The property manager, Fabrizio, even drove one of our bags to the airport after we forgot it at the house. We would have missed our flight without his help The only constructive feedback I would give is to ensure there are enough blankets and pillows for each room and the water pressure is a bit low. However, I would still give it a 4.5 out of 5 stars. You will not be disappointed!

Beautiful house, beware on construction noise!

This house is gorgeous in every aspect, and everything you will need is included in the house. It has a beautiful view and convenient to everything (except the beach club) which is about a 5-10 minute drive off property. It's not that big of a deal unless you don't have a car, then getting there will be annoying because you cant easily walk there. We were not told that Pacifico is currently under development and every single day of our stay, we heard loud construction starting at 7am and even louder dump trucks passing by the house. If you are looking to sleep in past 7, this house might not be the best choice while construction is going on. Ask! I wish we were told this was the case, as we could have stayed elsewhere at the end of our trip where rest and sleep was very important.

AMAZING

Actually more impressive in person than the photos. Wonderful view! Walls of glass sliding doors. Extremely high ceilings everywhere. 30 minutes from airport. Maybe a 1/8 mile from the strip of Grocery store, hair salons, restaurants, bars, other stores. Beach is right at the end of said stores. And don’t forget the beach club. It says $25 a person per day, however, you get that money back. You’ll get $25 of food and drinks free. Great deal! There’s pool, restaurants, and a private beach. It’s also very classy. Just like the home.
