Our stay at Naumi Sunset Terrace was fantastic. The building and property is pretty new; everything smells construction fresh and is shiny and new! The kitchen and living areas came with a very large assortment of bells and whistles, including full pots/pans and kitchenware to host a dinner for 10 people. Everything felt like it was the first time being used. Heated toilet seats and separate climate control in several rooms was extremely convenient and icing on the cake. The building itself is fairly quiet, allowing for us to wake up to the sounds of the birds and the animals rather than people and construction. The gym is in great condition; the pools and surrounding gardens are pristine and there is plenty of wildlife that comes to visit. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. We rented a golf cart for a few days as some of the attractions were further than stipulated; I believe the listing says the beach is 11 minutes away, but it is about 20 minutes. The distance wasn't a problem, but we wanted to bring many items to the beach to stay for the day and it would be inconvenient to carry it all for that amount of time. The restaurants located by the front gate (Nikkei, Fabra) are fantastic with great service. Having a pharmacy and grocery store minutes away was also extremely convenient and helpful. We would definitely book here again; in fact, we are now looking to buy in this area. Tip: communication is faster via WhatsApp chat, not the Vrbo app.
