Villa 33 | Tropical Retreat at Villas Sol

Enjoy Playa Hermosa at your own pace: a leisurely breakfast, a day spent between the beach and the pool, and dinner on your private terrace. Villa 33 is located within Villas Sol in Playa Hermosa, Guanacaste, and offers a comfortable space to relax and explore Costa Rica’s beautiful coastline.

We have an entire team dedicated to the comfort of our guests, available from Monday to Sunday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Outside of these hours, we are available for emergency situations. Please note that repairs may not be available on Sundays, as this is a designated rest day for maintenance personnel.

Villa 33 is located within the Villas Sol complex in Playa Hermosa, Guanacaste, a coastal area surrounded by tropical vegetation and beautiful views of the Pacific Ocean and the Gulf of Papagayo.

Playa Hermosa is known for its peaceful atmosphere and beautiful beach. From Villas Sol, the beach is just a few minutes away, and the complex offers an internal shuttle service to the beach area, making it easy to enjoy days filled with sun, sand, and sea.

The area combines the tranquility of a beach destination with convenient access to everyday essentials. In Playa Hermosa, you’ll find supermarkets and shops where you can stock up during your stay, as well as a variety of restaurants offering everything from local cuisine and fresh seafood to international options.

The location is also an excellent starting point for exploring Guanacaste and the Gulf of Papagayo. The surrounding area offers water activities, boat tours, sailing, and a variety of nature and adventure experiences. Guanacaste International Airport (LIR) is approximately a 40-minute drive away, depending on traffic.

Whether you prefer spending the day relaxing at Playa Hermosa, enjoying the pool, discovering local restaurants, or exploring the beaches and attractions of Guanacaste, Villa 33 offers a convenient location to combine relaxation and adventure during your vacation in Costa Rica.

During your stay, you’ll have access to the common areas of Villas Sol, including two swimming pools, open from 8:00 AM to 9:00 PM. One is located near the Wet Bar and hot tub, while the second is next to the Sunset Deck and Bar Gaviota.

You’ll also have access to an oceanfront sun deck with loungers, an ideal spot to relax and enjoy the tropical surroundings and beautiful views.

In addition to the shared amenities within the complex, Villa 33 features a terrace, providing a space where you can unwind, enjoy your meals, or simply relax in privacy during your stay.

GUEST ACCESS

Guests have exclusive use of the entire Villa 33, including both bedrooms, bathroom, kitchen, living area, and private outdoor terrace.

Guests may also access designated shared amenities within Villas Sol Resort, including swimming pools and the complimentary internal shuttle, subject to resort rules, operating schedules, and availability.

Guests receive resort access wristbands upon registration at reception.

As Costa Rica is a developing country, it is not uncommon that interruptions in important services such as water, electricity and internet occur. Such events cannot be predicted and if they do occur it is outside of the host’s control.

Villa 33 accommodates a maximum of four registered guests.
Resort swimming pools and other common facilities are shared, not private.
Some resort services, including dining and certain activities, may involve additional charges.
Resort facilities and shuttle schedules are managed independently by Villas Sol and may change.
Guests should follow resort rules and check-in procedures.
Smart TV streaming services may require guests to use their own subscriptions.
Parties, events, and pets are not permitted on the property.
Smoking is not allowed inside the villa or on the terrace.
Quiet Hours: After 10:00 p.m., guests are kindly asked to keep noise levels low to respect the peace and comfort of neighboring residents.
Visitors: All visitors must be arranged in advance with the property management team and must comply with the complex's policies.
Shared Laundry Facilities: The shared laundry area is located directly across from the villa. Its use is subject to availability and requires prior approval from the complex administration. Therefore, guests must notify us in advance if they wish to use the laundry facilities during their stay so we can arrange the necessary authorization.
Supplies Provided: The condo is equipped with a limited starter pack, including a few rolls of toilet paper, one roll of paper towels, a sponge, dish soap, hand soap, trash bags, and basic cleaning supplies. Once these initial supplies run out, it is the guest's responsibility to restock them as needed.
