« We had a wonderfule 3 week stay. The unit was well maintained and it was nice having a kitchen that was fully equipped. Listing detail was very accurate.Property management (Expat Properties) was very helpful and made great recommendations for airport transfers and golf cart rental. Grounds maintenance was great and the location in Las Palmas couldn't be more convenient. We highly enjoyed our stay and highly recommend this unit. »

« This place suited our needs for the one night we spent in Coco. Having stayed in Coco previously,I wouldn’t have wanted to stay here for an extended time, with extremely small bathrooms and a bit noisy from the adjacent units. Definitely close to walk to all the local places and only a few minutes to the beach. »

« My only reason it’s not 5/5 is the location. It’s a bit run-down near this property. But there is a good pizza place across the street as well as a bakery. And it certainly is close to the south end of the beach. The pool is fantastic. »
