An Exclusive Tuscan Retreat

Villa Le Buche accommodates up to 16 guests in 8 bedrooms, each with a private bathroom. The villa combines traditional Tuscan architectural features with elegant interiors and spacious communal areas.

The property is particularly enjoyable throughout the year. During the warmer months, guests can relax by the private infinity pool and enjoy the panoramic views, while autumn and winter offer the opportunity to make the most of the private Spa and wellness facilities.

For guests interested in wine, the estate offers the opportunity to experience a working Tuscan winery producing wines and extra virgin olive oil on the property. The estate includes 27 hectares of vineyards and olive groves, while the winery cellar houses more than 200 oak barrels.

Wine tastings and winery visits can be arranged during your stay. Guests can also discover the estate's extra virgin olive oil, produced from olives harvested and pressed directly on the property.

The property consists of a main building with 8 bedrooms and a separate annex with 5 bedrooms, located just a few metres from the main villa.

The entrance opens onto a large living area arranged over three different levels, featuring traditional Tuscan arches, comfortable seating areas, tables and chairs, a fireplace and large windows overlooking the estate.

The floor also includes a spacious, professionally equipped kitchen, a bright dining room with large windows opening directly onto the garden and swimming pool, and a guest bathroom.

First Floor

Second Floor – Tower

One double bedroom with private bathroom and shower.

Garden-Level Bedroom

One double bedroom with private bathroom and shower, accessed directly from the garden. This room is suitable for guests with reduced mobility.

The Spa and wellness centre are located in the basement of the main building and include the indoor heated pool, whirlpool, counter-current swimming system, sauna, Turkish bath, sensory showers, relaxation area and fitness equipment.
