Great stay! 2nd time visiting. Pack n play was a bit dirty and smelled and could be slightly bigger. But overall everything else was great! Can’t wait to return, but prefer to do ground floor again!

Very nice location with a few things that could make it better

The property was exactly as described, as best I can remember. Great location, convenient and clean. Adequate cooking supplies.I did not realize the bedrooms were upstairs. The beds were not comfortable either. They were a mattress so top of a frame. The mattress was bigger than the bed frame in each room. When reading the post but I could have missed that part. The upstairs temperature was not very well regulated. It was very warm upstairs at night and cold downstairs. There was a fan in each room but it was still uncomfortable but tolerable. Bathrooms and kitchen were satisfactory. The living room could have used some new furniture. The couch is very low to the ground and very uncomfortable. So are the 2 chairs in the living room. We feel like they were just old and very worn. So there really was not a comfortable place to relax down stairs unless you sat at the kitchen table. The pull out mattress in the couch did not appear to be very clean and it was very uncomfortable as well. The worst part of this rental was the mosquitos. They were really bad on the balcony. I actually put long pants on and a long sleeve shirt to sit on it. Then I got some big spray and that made it a bit better. The owners stated the building sprayed monthly but it would have been good to have a warning so we could have at least been prepared. Please remember this is my account of the rental and your preference might be different than mine so just wanted to be transparent!

This Was A 10 Rating So I Booked It!

But the place was pretty dirty. There was food on the coffee table that looked awful stuck to it, and the floors were dirty, so dirty that it turned my husband‘s and my feet black. Also, the first two days they were working on the roof and it sounded like the roof was coming through. It was so loud how to get a portable air conditioner given to us because the one upstairs was not working, and it was hot as Hades there! All of the insulation or whatever it was, that was falling off the roof was falling all over our balcony, so it made it hard to stand out there and enjoy it. Overall, I would not book this place again.

View was great, but our stay was too long

This property is for short periods of time. We stayed for two months and it was too expensive. There were no accommodations for cleaning the unit. We were expected to pay more for girls to clean. That was ridiculous! Our dog was allowed in the unit but not on the beach. The view was gorgeous, but there was no way to handle the spring.breakers with their drinking and loud music

December visit

VEry nice stay, weather a bit chilly but pool was warm. Several items in the unit 215 need attention: Filter on the ice machine needs replaced, it kept reminding us when we used it. Soap dispenser in the dishwasher is broken, soap doesn't stay in dispenser, silverware doesn't get cleaned well. Knob on the lamp need couch is missing. Tub drains very slowly, No towel rack in upstairs bathroom for towels to dry, Lid on coffee pot is broken, falls off when pouring coffee. Our last morning there was a bit chilly, condensation on floor next to window. Floor became slippery. Overall experience was good-except for the internet service which went out every day, as we switched back and forth using different units to try to connect. This was most frustrating.

Perfect for our needs!

Convenient location! We were in town for a fastpitch tournament at the Space Coast Complex in Viera, FL. Convenient for that use! There is an upstairs and downstairs so be aware of that. We must have glazed over that tidbit. But it wasn’t a big deal for our group. (It IS listed in the description. We just missed it. So, our fault.) The beach chairs and umbrellas were great to have! Very handy! Water pressure wasn’t great but I feel like that’s a Florida coast thing. Owners were responsive and easy to work with. The price was great. We will definitely be looking into this property again if we have a need to stay in the area.

The perfect stay

The view was amazing, the place was clean, cozy and cute. We enjoyed the pool, the beach and all of the beach gear available for us. We loved having access to games and shuffleboard and a beach volleyball net too. Publix across the street was convenient and allowed us to just relax in our little piece of paradise for the week. The beds were comfortable and we had plenty of kitchenware to cook meals to enjoy together. We can’t wait to come back!

Satellite Beach Vacation

We spent two weeks here and had a wonderful time. This complex sits very close to the ocean. You can hear the sound of the waves even when the sliding doors are closed. The pool is heated and was delightful. We will definitely be back.

Satellite Beach

This property was perfect for us and our Portuguese WaterDog. Very pet friendly. Not allowed to take the dog on Satellite Beach however a dog beach is a 5 minute drive and very receptive to dog families. The view of the ocean from the unit was excellent. We were glad there was no construction next door because that would have been annoying and the noise would have scared our dog. Needed to use dehumidifier daily to prevent dampness to air and clothes. Fire alarm went off twice from steam in upstairs bathroom shower. The manager was very quick to answer emails to help us sort this out. My 25 year old daughter enjoyed her stay with us. Great restaurants nearby where you can take a dog to the patio. Especially enjoyed Cadillac Cafe and Frigates. ( amazing patio) Would return but probably in February with better weather.

Amazing View & Very Clean

Our stay was exactly as we hoped. The gorgeous view from the upstairs master bedroom and the downstairs living room/patio is breathtaking. The beach area isnt at all crowded. We loved dealing with Taylor. She was wonderful.

Wonderful week at Paradise Beach Club in Satellite Beach, Florida.

Came to Florida to visit family and meet great grandaughter!!! We all loved the unit. We also celebrated my great grandson's 10th birthday and he informed us that he would sleep in the bedroom with the oceanview! Would stay there again when visiting family there!!!

Very nice condo and property

Great condo, great property and great amenities. I will start by saying the unit and the property are very clean. I usually spend the 1st hour or two cleaning units we rent because I'm a germaphobe. I didn't feel the need to do that here, so a quick disinfection of the main surfaces (only for peace of mind) which took me about 3 minutes was all that I did. Taylor was awesome and responsive. I didn't run into any issues that required I contact the rental company, but I did have to contact Taylor because I messed up and she politely fixed my error immediately. She is extremely friendly and helpful. They do provide some things like shampoo, conditioner, body wash, garbage bags, USB ports everywhere which was appreciated. A big bonus - they don't make you clean the entire unit (after paying a cleaning fee) as most places are starting to do. Instead they ask you take out the trash if you are able. This is a huge deal to us, as getting up at 5am to clean a condo before heading to the airport is the worst. The heated pool is great and the beach access is awesome. We accessed both daily in addition to playing a lot of shuffle board (don't laugh, it's so fun!) The other guests on the property were friendly and we even met a couple families we hung out with on the beach or around the pool a couple of times. We had no issues with others being too loud or disruptive. I really can't think of anything to complain about. We had a great week and will be renting here again.

What a fabulous stay!

We loved our time at this property. The view from the balcony was lovely and not in full sun. Easy walk down to the beach. Very well appointed and spacious unit. Great communication with property manager- prompt responses, clear and courteous. Would love to return here.
