Honestly this place has everything very clean, organized, smells good when you enter, clean bed sheets EVERYTHING! It had everything and when I say everything all the way to laundry soap. The house is so big and comfortable. Not to mention the creek on the side our kids enjoyed it to the max WE ALL DID! Thanks again for everything. Also they answer to our emails the same day! „Overall a very nice little place. It is right in front and beside houses so it’s not as secluded as it seems online. It states that it sleeps 3, a queen bed and a futon, however unless it’s a kid that is your 3rd guest, I’d not recommend this place as the futon is small. Everything else was great and they thought of lots of small details. “

„We had a blast staying at the Pickleball house. Our kids met us for a night of pickleball and drinks, then went back to their dorms. The house has two bedrooms with comfy Queen beds. We were able to easily use the tv. Neighborhood is up and coming... about 12 minutes from Magnolia. “
