Sleeping arrangements include a king bed in the main bedroom with an en-suite full bathroom, a second bedroom with a queen bed, and a third bedroom with a double bed. There is another full bath right in the main hallway. The kitchen, dining, and living room areas are all open concept just steps away from the bedrooms.

The fully fenced backyard is perfect for kids and dogs to play safely, offering a private outdoor space to unwind. There is a brand new private hot tub to enjoy!

This home is a 2-minute drive from Clearbrook Golf Course, and downtown Saugatuck is only a short drive, making it easy to enjoy local restaurants, shops, galleries, and waterfront activities. The neighborhood is calm, safe, and surrounded by nature, giving you the perfect blend of convenience and relaxation during your stay.

Guests will want a car to get around the area, but there are several biking/hiking trails nearby including the Beeline Trail and the Interurban Trail, plus Shore Acres Bike Park just a short drive away for mountain‑bike enthusiasts.

After booking, you will be required to sign a liability waiver, ensuring you agree to our house rules and assume liability when using amenities such as hot tub and bicycles. We happily welcome up to 2 dogs that are under 60lbs each but unfortunately cannot host cats.
