„Nähe zu Roussillion war super. Die Umgebung Lubron ist wunderschön. Die Betten waren leider sehr unbequem. Die Matratzen durchgelegen. Der ganze Rücken hat sich durchgebogen, man konnte nicht gerade liegen. Mir persönlich ist ein guter Schlaf wichtig, wenn ich in einem Hotel übernachte. Tagsüber bin ich unterwegs und komme nur nachts zum schlafen in das Hotel zurück Die Matratze war aber enttäuschend. Der Mülleimer wurde leider nicht geleert und das Zimmer auch nicht geputzt, in den 4 Nächten ...

„We stayed for one night and the place at first glance seemed to be nice but we encounter several troubles with the cleanliness of the room (steamed linen and wet pool towels). The staff was super helpful in changing them and in proposing ask a free treats at the bar. Unfortunately at the check out we have been charged for that in any case. The pool was very nice and the restaurant garden was lovely. I recommend a dinner there.“

Hotel Crillon Le Brave

"Ein provenzalisches Dorf, das in ein Luxushotel verwandelt worden ist. Der Service ist vorbildlich, vor allem die Valet- und Concierge-Leute sind ausserordentlich freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Zimmer 38 war mittelgross und sehr ruhig, obwohl ein Dorffest durchgeführt wurde. Leider ist das Hotel kein Adult-Only-Etablissement. Viele Eltern bringen ihre unerzogenen Kinder mit, die die ganze Poolarea mit ihrem Geschrei betäuben. Das Restaurant bietet 4 nicht-vegetarische Speisen, Entrecote, Lammrack zu Teilen, Wolfsbarsch und Dorade zum Teilen. Wir waren 3 Nächte da, da wir kein Lammrack mögen und der Wolfsbarsch am Nachbartisch nur eine klitzekleines Fenchelblatt enthielt, hatten wir 2 Mal Entrecote und einmal die Dorade. Das ist eine etwas schmale Auswahl. Das Frühstück ist dem Hotel angemessen, die Speisen sind lecker. Ich würde mir zweimal überlegen wiederzukommen, da das Kindergeschrei enorm störend ist und die Speisenauswahl auch etwas knapp ist."

"Beautiful property with a warm and calming atmosphere. Most of the staff were very welcoming and friendly, especially in the restaurant. Anabelle stood out for her exceptional customer service. She was genuinely attentive, professional, and made us feel very welcome. There were, however, a few points that were disappointing and that we would not expect from a Relais & Châteaux hotel in this price range. Although we had specifically requested a quiet room, our room (103) was quite noisy. The doors were not well soundproofed, and there was another room directly next to ours, so we could clearly hear conversations as well as people entering and leaving, which affected our comfort. In addition, the room had only been prepared for one guest, even though our reservation was for two people. While this was resolved, it was an oversight that should not happen at this level of hospitality. Finally, we chose this hotel to celebrate my birthday, which was mentioned when booking. While we did not expect anything extravagant, it would have been nice if the occasion had been acknowledged in some small way. A simple birthday greeting or a small gesture would have made the stay feel more personal and memorable. Overall, we enjoyed the beautiful setting and the friendliness of the staff, but a few details fell short of the standards we associate with a Relais & Châteaux property."
