Hotel Sautee Nacoochee

« The room was very clean and quaint. Perfect space for our stay. The Holliss's were very hospitable and attended to every need. I highly recommend doing breakfast. Great food and the company is a mix of people from all over. You get to meet and greet everyone and truly get a home feel while enjoying a fantastic breakfast. Would definitely stay here again. »

« I had a wonderful stay at Sylvan Valley Lodge & Cellars! The location was great for visiting Helen and exploring the beautiful surrounding area. The property offered a relaxing atmosphere, making it a perfect place to unwind after a day of sightseeing and enjoying the local attractions. I really enjoyed my stay and appreciated the peaceful setting. It was a great experience overall, and I would definitely recommend this place to anyone planning a trip to Helen, Georgia. I would happily stay...

« Hôtel très propre et calme. Une mention très spéciale pour le personnel qui nous a apporté une aide inestimable lorsque nous avons rencontré un problème avec notre voiture. Nous les remercions chaleureusement. »

« The room lacked detailed cleanliness upon arrival and even the following day after the daily cleaning. Upon arrival the bathroom floor hadn’t been detailed. You could see small pieces of debris. The following day after cleaning it was left exactly the same. Upon arrival the bathroom trash bin had the liner bag laying on the side waiting to be inserted. Then the following day the garbage in the same bin was not emptied. Lastly the pillows on the made bed upon arrival had been placed without...

« Hôtel très bien situé à Helen. Chambre (je pense rénovée récemment) de taille correcte et propre. Pas de moquette au sol. Les lits sont des lits doubles de 140 cm. La literie est très bien et tous les produits d’hygiène sont disponibles. Le petit plus à 4 est que le lavabo est à l’extérieur de la salle de bain, ce qui est très pratique. En points à améliorer : climatisation bruyante, peu de places pour le petit déjeuner et choix au petit dej qui pourrait être plus conséquents. »

« Close to every place we want to go »

« Tout était parfait »

« The room was clean. The property overall is very nice, just needs a refresh. Example: need USB ports for cell phones and electronics in the rooms. An elevator would be nice for us older folks. Restaurants were very good and convenient. Lovely property & scenery. »

« Do not stay here! Absolutely horrible starting with the disgusting, unwelcoming lobby. Then it went downhill from there: Very expensive for what? No chair to sit in just a bed No Kleenex Nightstand on one side of bed has outlet plugs but they don’t work because there is no where to plug in the main plug? No shower soap No cokes in the Coke machine No ice in the outside ice chest Breakfast options cheap Hair in the floor - not mine TV in one of the rooms did not work Just conditioning shampoo?...

« I spent 2 nights at this Hotel for a short trip in Helen. It’s is about 1 mile from the main strip. This is an older property that could use updating. The staff was very friendly and responded immediately to needs. The overall cleanliness of the place is poor. They have an indoor pool that is heated and a hot tub and both felt wonderful after a long day of walking around Helen, My complaint is that this hotel along with many others in the area charge a rate equal to a 4 star hotel in a major...
