Celebrating Friendship!

What a beautiful home!! It was the perfect size for a party of six. It had everything we needed minus the crockpot. There was a problem with the locks but the weather was horrible and the power had been out prior to our arrival. Matthew came by and was able to get everything back online. He also made sure there were plenty of towels. My friends repeated over and over how this house was centrally located to most of everything we wanted to visit. And with Mrs. Wilkes Dining Room, next door, it’s a prime location. I will definitely be using Matthew again!

Clean and great location

Very clean, the courtyard is straight out of a novel. Great location to walk to water, churches, historical sites. Parking in a covered garage is a plus. Well stocked kitchen with utensils, etc. Complimentary coffee, wine a plus. King bed comfortable. Can hear some overhead shuffling, but that is to be expected, being on the lower level, and not having to negotiate stairs.

Perfect!

This is "our place" to stay in Savannah. It is clean, lovely, convenient and quiet. It sleeps 6 but there are only 3 in our party, so there is plenty of space, peace and quiet for all. The bedrooms are cushioned from the street both in the front and in the back of the building - the living room is in the front and there is a courtyard in the back, with the bedrooms in the middle. (But even the living room, which faces W. Jones St., is very quiet.) The private parking space is much appreciated. There is a unit upstairs, but we have never heard a sound from above. This is the perfect place to stay for adults (and we also love that everything is on the ground floor.)

Girls Fall Getaway

Nice property in an excellent location for seeing Savannah by foot. Cute apartment with comfortable beds and roomy kitchen. Nice patio area to enjoy morning coffee. Only drawbacks were very low water pressure in shower, minimal number of bath towels and toilet paper.

Awesome location

We stayed at Monterey Suite. Very clean. Loved the location as you can walk anywhere, of course with good walking shoes. Did not know but Mrs. Wilkes restaurant was next door would have loved to try it. Asher and Rye had coffee and breakfast items - very good and a quick walk. All communication with owner was efficient.

Family fun vacation

Perfect spot to stay in Savannah!

This lovely property on Jones Street is very centrally located and provided us with a wonderful base during our stay in Savannah. Matthew was an excellent host and he and Marisol were very responsive. Would highly recommend this property to any group spending a few days in the city.

Weekend Getaway with the Girls

Four of my friends and I gathered for a long weekend in Savannah. This apartment was the perfect place. The living room was cozy with plenty of comfortable seating. The kitchen was spacious with everything we needed. The two bedrooms with twin beds were small but the beds were comfortable. The bedroom with the king size bed was very large. The courtyard was lovely and we enjoyed the outdoor space. I appreciate that there was off-street parking. We couldn’t have asked for a better location. We walked almost everywhere. Forsyth Park is two blocks away. Great restaurants and shops are nearby. Jones Street is so picturesque. Communication with the management company was great. They answered all questions and provided clear instructions for getting into the apartment. I would definitely stay there again!

Amazing vacation rental in the heart of Savannah

We spent 3 nights with my mom, my two cousins and myself. My mom does not handle stairs well and so this unit is absolutely perfect. It has all of the charm you would expect from Savannah. The master bedroom, kitchen and living room are very spacious and the kitchen is well appointed with everything you’d need to cook. The couches are very comfy, and the back porch is a great place for an evening cocktail. The unit was immaculately cleaned before we arrived and smelled fantastic. Location couldn’t be better. It is right on Jones street which is voted the “prettiest street in America.”It’s walking distance to everything - River street, Forsyth park, groceries, you name it. We are already planning our next trip!!!

Wonderful location

The unit itself was very nice. Location was perfect. The amenities provided were very nice and appreciated. However, I think it would be important for that third bedroom where I stayed to add a ceiling fans since there are no windows and it’s like being in a box would it be possible to include some counters space in the bathroom, the smaller bathroom difficult when there’s no surface available. no room to put anything down on

Fabulous location and spacious!

The location was great!!! The Monterey was great!!! The beds were comfortable, the outside back patio so cool and nice, kitchen and baths were spotless. If I HAD to find something lacking, a couple more towels would have been nice since 6 women stayed there for 4 nights. lol And, the other people staying above the garage and those above us were so friendly and nice! Very quiet!

Perfect.

Our family of 5 adults stayed at this Jones St. apartment to attend a wedding. Thoroughly enjoyed the old world charm of the building and neighborhood. Walkable to almost everything but far enough away from the crowd. Will visit this house again if I'm ever in Savanah again.

Girl’s trip

3 women friends decided to visit Savannah and used vrbo for first time. We were so pleased with our Monterey Suite on beautiful Jones St!! Great location to all restaurants and sites. Highly recommend.
