The site was clean. Door could you fresh coat of paint. Everything was well until Friday evening when water started pouring from ceiling where a rope hangs down--perhaps. Not having a mop I wiped up with towels after it stopped. Called 24/hr service several times, with no answer. Following day was my birthday so I was out all day. On Sunday I decided to wash clothing before my Monday departure. I couldn't however, because there was a pool of water in the detergent/bleach dispenser. I called and someone from service answered. Asked me to text photos of ceiling and dispenser and told I would receive text or call when someone would be sent out. Never heard from anyone.

Our Savannah road trip

Our road trip to Savannah, GA, was unforgettable! We made so many wonderful memories together as a family. The condo we stayed in was in the perfect location—walking distance to all the main attractions, making exploring the city easy and fun. It was incredibly clean, smelled amazing, and felt like a home away from home. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay!

Comfy Digs, Walkable Location

Great spot, very walkable location to lots of squares, shops, bars, food and the river! We liked that each set of couples had a full bath attached to their bedroom for convenience and privacy. Beds were comfy, and closet drawers available to unpack into. Only way it would have been better would be softer towels, more and softer toilet paper and if they supplied some coffee grounds to get started.

Loved it

Great location! Walkable to many shops and restaurants. Parking can be tricky. We ended up finding a spot in a public parking garage a couple of blocks away.

Perfect long weekend spot

We found the check in process to be very easy, using the clear instructions. Nice location in the historic district with many walkable attractions and restaurants. There was an issue with a broken toilet, which was promptly fixed after contacting property management. Overall a great stay. Would book again for future trips

Savannah Marathon Weekend

The location is fantastic! We were able to walk to so many locations and used ride share twice. There are a few stairs leading into the home but an elevator inside. We used the parking lot directly behind the home, $30ish per day for parking. The queen bed and bathroom were pretty good. The bathtub faucet needs some work. The bedroom ceiling fan needs some tightening. Ear plugs helped with the noises at night. The kitchen and living room were comfortable and had plenty of room. The kitchen was well stocked. If we forgot something there was a CVS about 2 blocks away. The primary bed and bathroom were also comfortable except one major issue. The bed was broken! We tried contacting the host and host company at check in and had no resolution, but they did offer 10% discount, lol. I wish this major detail could have been resolved to boost the rating but nope. Our guests slept opposite of correct and had some rough sleep unfortunately.

Very Nice

Overall pleased and things were clean. Great location and we all felt very safe in the building. It faces a main street so it could be a little noisy in the evenings (we are early to bed people). Walking distance to everything downtown. There wasn't a blanket for the fold out when we arrived, but one was delivered to us after a phone call. We would stay again.

Convenient location

The condo was a great choice for our group, nice location and the separate bedrooms/ bathrooms was a great setup! They supplied some of the small items needed, soaps, shampoos, paper towels, etc; which was a nice plus. A small warning for those with mobility issues, the first floor has stairs, then you get to the elevator to get to the next floor.

Weekend Stay for SCAD student looking at school

We stayed as a family in this unit for a long weekend as our teen was looking at SCAD. The unit's location was great. The traffic outside can be rather loud overnight. The street below is busy I guess on the weekends. The common areas of the building were so-so. The unit itself was pretty good. We had plenty of space. The bathrooms could stand to be updated, specifically the showers and exhaust fans. A few more towels would have been nice. There is a CVS and Walgreens near by to get any extras you might need. Overall the unit was pretty good. I probably would try a new place next time, mostly cause of the noise at night. The check in was confusing. I had to call for help getting in, but they helped right away. I requested a different check in and check out time but the communication wasn't great in response, meaning I didn't get any response.

SCAD PreCollege Check-in

Very close to SCAD. Very convenient location to shopping, entertainment, sightseeing, etc. Everything is in walking distance. Very clean, just as pictured. Has all of the amenities one would need for a comfortable stay. Would highly recommend, especially if you're bringing a child to SCAD.

Perfect property for our family of 4 (which includes two kids under 4). The kitchen was stocked with all utensils we could need - comfy beds, gorgeous decor. This was a perfect getaway and we will definitely be returning.

Property is well situated for visitors to all areas of downtown savannah. There is street side parking but we parked in nearby garage and walked everywhere. The building is a little out dated but overall well maintained. Condo itself is comfortable and clean. Fore station is a couple blocks down the road and woke me up a couple of times. And there is some street noise. Probably have this anywhere down town. Would definitely go back.

Very comfortable and lovely surroundings!

Loved the location of this condo. Quick walk to so many restaurants, bars, shopping etc. Such a cozy and clean place. Chose this place specifically because of its proximity to my daughters dorm. Would definitely stay here again!

Savannah is a wonderful place to visit!

Location was very good but very hard to find, even using a GPS. One of the two toilets wasn’t clean…everything else was clean. Basic Supplies such as plastic bags for trash, filters for the coffee maker were not available and the coffee table in the living room swayed precariously. We enjoyed our stay and, once we found it, the location was great and the apartment cute and nicely laid out!

Loved it!

It was just like in the pictures. It is within walking distance to everything in the historic district. I was concerned because there was no extra blankets or pillow cases for the pull out couch but we made it work. My adult children loved having their private space and their own bathrooms.

Middle of old Savannah

Very nice place to stay in the middle of old town. Parking on the street can be difficult in front of building. You pay to park at 2.00 an hour from 8:00 to 8:00 if you are parked all day if you like to take long walks to look at everything close up this is a great place to stay.

Terrible stay

Was contacted on check in day to advise of a leak so we waited until after 9 to check in. Terrible bleach and chemical smell and open pipe/leak in guest shower. We could not get a response or assistance to move and left after the first night. Property was not clean and noise from the street was terrible. Sheets and bed were also terrible. Not worth the money or headache.

Great Stay

This place was perfect for our stay. Close to everything. It was a quick walk everywhere. Parking garage was 0.2 miles away and only about a 5 minute walk. Didn't need the car until we were ready to head home from our trip. Lots to do and see. Great food and drinks close by.
