Jethro is hands down the best home owner we have ever rented from. Immediate response in person if needed. Even though right on Banks Rd the privacy is perfect! „I have been going to Eleuthera for over 20 years. Every home is different and being on a remote island has its challenges for property owners. This home sits on a great beach with plenty of privacy. It was very clean and the check in process was super easy. Some items are worn, but everything works. The bed in the blue bedroom sways and is super soft (the only negative). Awesome view and nice location.“

„Well located on the center of the island, 8 min walk to a quiet beach. Super clean apartment, friendly owner. We appreciated the beach chairs we could take along with us. The only disappointment is that we thought from the listing the large balcony facing the ocean would be private and adjacent to our unit, but it is the owner's balcony which we could access. „This was an absolutely beautiful home and property- the pictures and descriptions do not do it justice! We stayed with 2 other couples and it was perfect. It feels very secluded and private, and we never felt like we were bothering anyone or being bothered by anyone. Dinner next door was perfect and easy to get to. All management were so kind and helpful and got back to us quickly. It is the perfect spot for families or friends of all ages. Defintiely will be rebooking to take my adult children.“

„This house is wonderful! The spaces are all comfortable and made for relaxing as a group. Having separate houses for family members was such a nice escape. "We had several apartments during our stay on the island and this was the worst. Started with the challenges during the payment process. Then we tried to „park“ our luggage before the official check in but did not get any answer until an hour before the official check in. Building is located right at the Long Beach which is amazing! View and beach is great! Unfortunately there is no mosquito net on the balcony door…. So we had the keep the sliding doors closed. The were many of the small and aggressive mosquitoes and bedbugs on the sofa. I have communicated this and only got the answer that these are not bedbugs…kitchen ist sticky and in the laundry half of the equipment was not working …. so overall super happy we just had to stay 2 nights!"
