★ Dog friendly – charges apply of £10 per pet per night. Charged separately to booking. No dogs allowed on furniture or beds. Maximum of 1 dog allowed.

★ You will be provided with access to your very own Guest Guide containing lots of useful information about the property and the local area.
★ Check-in is between 4pm and 10pm, and check out by 10.30am - Late check-out and/or early check-in option available on request (additional charge applies for bookings via an online travel agent)

This contract outlines the terms of your booking and provides important information regarding the care of the property during your stay.
