„We were made to feel very welcome. The apartment was beautiful and spotless with a balcony overlooking the North Bay. We had good recommendations from the staff on reception and nothing was too much trouble. The only confusion was the booking process. I assumed we had paid on booking but when we arrived were told it was still to pay for. I think this needs to be made clearer on Vrbo website booking confirmation.“

"Compared to other hotels in Scarborough this one is a good choice. A friendly and professional welcome, a nice view, a large room. The downsides are the room is directly situated above the bar & garden which has customers drinking, laughing and yelling till midnight. Food is ok, but not great. The friendly receptionist is also a very good escalation manager and took the parking fee off the bill to make up for the noise."
