„The property was very clean and well maintained. The staff for the most part, can speak English if you need extra assistance, but the check-in process was automated. Just need your passport inserted into one of their Kiosks, and the machine prints your receipt, and key card. Check out is just as quick. „Comfort Suites Tokyo Bay was one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in, not only in Japan! The rooms are a great size (not your typical small rooms in Japan). The shower room was amazing. The staff were friendly and helpful. They have free shuttle to Disney parks. They have free luggage storage, a Lawsons accessible right from the hotel lobby.
