« Completely hassle free checkin. Ran out of a couple of supplies because we had an extended stay - Katy was right on it. Yeah, some of the carpets have stains - but it's the beach! Lots of books. Lots! Lots of gathering spaces. Nice flowers. Quiet. »

« So close to town and the variety of food places great. Kids loved Finland, bumper cars and golf. Plenty of ice cream places. Neighborhood quiet and the beds comfortable. Could sit on the deck and enjoy the wildlife around us. »

« It’s a great location and an easy walk to the beach and the shops. Wish we could have stayed longer. A great space for the price. »

« We loved the home and it had everything our large family needed. The bedrooms were perfect and the beds were very comfortable. It was nice to have 4 full bathrooms as well. The home was situated perfectly from the beach and to have the ADA walkway right out the door was perfect for strollers and the wagons to make it 3/4 of the way to where we camped out during the day. »

« Beautiful home with close ocean access. Great place to stay and close location to a lot of attractions. The home was cozy and clean. We were there much but when we were it was great and the kids have even said how much we they loved this place as we are at another home now. »

« Our stay at The River’s Edge in Seaside was exceptional. The fully equipped kitchen only rivals the extensive book collection and the basement full of toys for the kiddos. Five grandchildren ages 4 through 12 had endless hours of fun. Their parents and myself had plenty of space for private time as well as plenty of room to come back together. Our host was so lovely and accommodating, yet we hardly knew she was there. This house is great for making family memories. »

« This house was lovely! The photos do not do the location justice. The inside was well appointed and decorated and obviously very well cared for. We enjoyed the view from the dining room during meals. We only used the two upstairs bedrooms and both had comfortable beds and extraordinary views! We could not have asked for a better location for our sewcation. »

« We really liked this place. We had 3 adults and 2 teens and there was plenty of room for everyone. We used all 3 bedrooms and even put a queen size air mattress that we brought with us in the living room for an extra bed. The beds are all in new condition and very comfy. I loved how there were extra blankets in the closets. The 3 bathrooms and two showers were very convenient.
