Für eine Übernachtung alleine auf der Durchreise ganz ok, längeren Aufenthalt würde ich hier nicht empfehlen. Service war ging so, die Rezeption ist wenig hilfreich, bügelt die gemachten Fehler wenigstens wieder aus. Sauberkeit und Komfort waren in Ordnung.

Zentrale Lage zum Essen und Einkaufen.
Das Hotel liegt sehr ruhig, aber trotzdem recht zentral an der Autobahn, und hat reichlich Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants aller Preisklassen in direkter Nähe, welche sogar zu Fuß erreichbar sind. Lediglich das Frühstück könnte etwas reichhaltiger sein: es gab nur Kaffee, Obst ,Müsli- alles eingepackt und ToGo. Ansonsten gab es keinen Grund zur Beanstandung, wir würden es jederzeit wieder auswählen.

All rooms have refrigerators in them,if I didn’t know the smell I’d say it was urine.They have evaporators to take away extra moisture which gave the room the smell off urine, very annoying.

Online, the property looked nice. In person, the hotel is trashy, interior and exterior. Give your marketing team, a hand for fluffing up your business. The employees were not nice, and I thought it was ridiculous that there was no continental breakfast breakfast. Grab a muffin and leave is the message that I received.

The non smoking room smelled of stale smoke and dirty dog. There was debris on the counters, human hair on the bedspread and under the covers. In the shower pubic hair was present. It was smelly and felt dirty.

One of our stovetop burners didn't work, some random clothing items from previous occupants were found in the bathroom. Breakfast was very underwhelming. There was nothing bad about this place, but it wasn't amazing either. The property was good enough for what we needed for the weekend.

Needs some improvement.
The person who checked us in was friendly and informative. He told us elevators and card readers were having problems. The elevator, only one working, wasn’t an issue. The card readers didn’t function on the room door and side exterior door. Overall the hotel was shabby and in need of refurbishing.

When I first checked in the process was easy. However, when I got to my room I noticed that the bathroom was not very clean, especially the shower/tub. There was hair in the shower and in the drain. I do have a couple suggestions; it would be nice to have some juices and fruit for the free breakfast for those who do not eat muffins and granola bars for breakfast. It would be nice to have a coffee maker in the room for those who like to have a cup of coffee in the afternoon. The coffee service in the lobby is gone by 9:30a.m.

Didn't expect this to be less nice than a regular hotel. The shower curtain bar was bent so the curtain slides to the middle when showering, not really blocking the water. The heater and fridge are loud so difficult to sleep. Also can hear next door TV through the walls.

I let the front desk know at check in that there was a car in the lot with a smashed out window and glass all over the ground. I was told there were break ins 3 nights in a row. When I asked about security cameras or someone keeping an eye on the lot, I was told there is no security and "don't leave anything in your car." When I went to the wrong room by accident but my key card still opened the door and I walked in on another guest staying there, the front desk clerk told me it was impossible for that to happen and wasn't overly concerned. I should have checked out immediately. The carpet had not been vacuumed, there were rubber bands on the bathroom floor, the shower curtain rod was literally ready to come off the wall so when I took a shower, the curtain kept sliding to the middle and water pooled on the floor. Basically had to take a one hand shower and hold the curtain closed with the other. And as far as professionalism goes, wearing a baseball hat at the front desk as you check in guests seems out of place. I won't be staying there again and I will not recommend ESA to anyone.

We had a kitchen in our room with zero cutlery, cups or dishes. Our room had a bag of garbage left from the previous guest. Hairs in the bed. When we got back to the room after the concert, someone had been in our room and a dead bug was squished on our bed. We brought the gentleman in and he apologized and brought us a new bed cover. Breakfast in the morning is a package of oatmeal. Nothing else. Would never stay here again.

While the front desk tried their best the carpets need change as they are frayed . Chipped floor on lift. No hair dryer albeit we got one from the front desk . There was large items for delivery at the front desk .
