Many reviews comment on the noise, but we disregarded because we thought it was just an urban area type noise. This was the LOUDEST property I’ve ever stayed at. The windows did nothing to drown out the noise that is all.night.long. Bass thumping, motorcycles and cars revving their engines. Our sound machine was drowned out by the outside noise so no one was able to sleep at all.

Pictures of unit are not what you end up with. Building not well kept. Toilet leaked, door handle fell off - twice, and you couldn’t walk around the bed had to crawl into it. Left over trash from previous guest. Had to call building manager twice ahead of stay and she had the TV blasting in the background and answered with “hello” as her dog also barked. Just overall a very disappointing experience. They sell you on one set of photos but you end up in a unit that looks nothing like the photos. Asked for a refund based on above and was denied.

This little apartment is a great location, and perfect for a day or two in Seattle. There is no AC, which does make it difficult in the summer. However, a large fan was provided and there were blinds and lots of windows to open.

The property has a lot of positives. It is in a great location. The supermarket across the street is superb. The bed is comfortable. The unit was clean.Melanie is a good, communicative hostess.This place has the basics of what you need.There are other factors to consider. The unit is loud. The street noise is constant. Every morning at 4:50 a loud truck is outside. Slapdash renovations have done a disservice to a building that has good bones. The bathroom tub/shower had good water pressure but the enamel on the tub flower was completely gone. That was covered with a shower mat. The unit overlooks a littered parking lot.Overall, this is a funky apartment that provides what you need in a good location. It is not luxurious but gets the job done.

Perfect for a single partier who doesn’t need sleep.

This is a very lovely place & the location is a dream! Sadly, it’s an old building so you can hear everything like people just talking in the courtyard and they do at all hours. We had discussions from midnight until 6 am plus arguments above us from residents every night we stayed.

Perfect location

Attending a friends 50th Birthday weekend. Great location to many bars and restaurants. Kraken Hockey game on Saturday was epic at Climate Pledge Arena. The walk was so close. Thanks for a great experience. We would definitely stay here again without a vehicle. Parking was challenging and expensive. Still a wonderful time was had.

We were spending 2 nights in Seattle for 2 events at Climate Pledge and we needed to bring our dog. This property is literally a 2 minute walk to the arena! I'm not sure if this listing is for multiple units but ours was on the ground floor which is great when you have to take the dog out for bathroom walks. It was nice and spacious and completely spotless. The couch and bed were both comfortable. The kitchen was modern and had all the basics necessary (although we did not do any cooking). Great communication, easy entry. Parking is tricky. We chose to park in the lot right next to the building for convenience but when we first got there it was event pricing so it was high. There are lots of other nearby options though. We will definitely keep this place in mind for future events!

Everything We Needed

This apartment was in a great location for our visit. We could walk to most places we wanted to go, and although on the weekend there was some noise as people left the many entertainment venues in the area, it wasn't a problem for us and soon quietened down. The kitchen was surprisingly well equipped, and we got good use out of the stove, oven, and full sized fridge. All in all, we had a great stay, and would definitely stay here again. problem foe us problem for us and

Location, location, location! This property excels for easily spending five days in Seattle. Whether using Ubers or public transportation you are minutes from everything. The Metropolitan Market across the street has everything one could need. Many delicious cafes, coffee houses and restaurants nearby. Very safe, clean and comfortable property. The bed was excellent. Only drawback is the noise from nearby bars. We bought earplugs from CVS which did the trick. Would definitely return for another stay!
