This place was so close to perfect that the few little glitches that surely come with every vacation rental seem very small. We were a party of eight, six adults and two children. During the ten days we were there we all needed to be on the internet, the kids with school, and the adults with work and we had no problem with all of us using it at the same time. We were able to spread out around the house or on the lovely decks outside of the house to do our work so everyone had a nice quiet work space.
The decks around this house are incredible and each one offers lovely views of the area. Access to many hiking trails and convenience to town was a plus. Although the house is in a neighborhood, you really don't notice because of the vegetation that separates the houses. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. The kitchen was well stocked and was such a beautiful and fun kitchen to cook in. Sitting out on the deck each evening was the perfect end to each of the perfect days we spent there. The beauty of the red rock that surrounds Sedona can't be beat.
I will mention the few small glitches..
1) Kitchen faucet is a touch faucet and one day it just stopped working. We did figure out, after some online research, that the six batteries needed to be replaced. So we replaced them and all was well. But it would have been nice to have that information in the binder provided that contains information about the house.
2) Hot tub temperature could not be changed --took a couple of days to get that fixed. Apparently it was a glitch in the software with that particular model of hot tub.
3) We couldn't get the two fans in the livingroom to work.
4) We couldn't get the wine cooler to work and even after calling about it and being told that we should just push the up and down buttons to change the temperature, it would revert back to the original temp. So instructions for the wine cooler would be nice.
But all of those glitches were minor and they did not take away anything from the amazing time we had there!
