This was a fantastic spot and the Host was so kind! The view from the house was beautiful and we were just down the street from the Cathedral Rock trailhead. There was so much beautiful wildlife around and it was incredibly peaceful. I will definitely be back! It was incredible and well worth it!

This was our second stay at this great home. Obviously we liked it so much we came back! The home is spacious with a beautiful balcony overlooking Cathedral Rock. We loved seeing the coyotes, javelinas, and a variety of birds. We had a couple of minor issues this time and the manager was very responsive. Highly recommend!

Our host was fantastic! Location was perfect to reach many hiking trails. The home was serene, thoughtfully outfitted and very clean. She is not joking about the wildlife! Javelinas were very entertaining, thousands of birds at the bird feeder, coyotes were around but aloof (we respected them and kept at a distance). The hot tub is great and the sun porch perfect for the afternoons. We cannot say enough good about this place. Loved it!

Location cannot be beat. Huge perk to be so close to Cathedral trailhead and not need to worry about taking shuttles. Large rooms and beautiful setting. Everything we needed and more including a stocked fridge and pantry!

I will just add my praise to the others who have left a review. It was a wonderful place to stay. The attention to the little details made it such a welcoming place. Communication was top notch, and the location was ideal for all the things we wanted to do. This is definitely a home I would stay in again if ever back in the area.

Check-in easy, excellent communication. I stayed on the deck for the whole day watching birds, javelinas and coyotes. Don’t look for a binder with a bunch of rules about stripping beds, emptying trash, etc owner wants you to relax. Can’t wait to come back!

I really cannot say enough about our stay! Adriana is wonderful, we were so happy to get to meet her. There are no pictures that could do justice for the views! This was our first trip to Sedona. I suffered a brain injury 4 years ago and my husband has moved mountains to get me better and keep me safe so I wanted to take him to the mountains for our wedding anniversary. We love animals, birdwatching, and just nature in general. This property is a mini nature preserve with javelina, coyotes, quail, etc. The hot tub was a huge plus after a day of hiking. I know you are thinking, hot tub in Arizona? Yes, we just turned the heater off and it was pool temperature. We actually had to turn it back on because it was too cold. I could go on and on but everything was just perfect.

This was our 2nd stay and still love it. We love the views, the peaceful atmosphere, dog friendliness and the wildlife. The home is clean and comfortable and we were so appreciative of the stocked fridge and pantry. The host is quick to respond and so accommodating. She goes over and above to make sure your stay is perfect. I loved sitting on the deck watching the birds, javelina, coyotes and deer dwell peacefully on the property & relaxing in the hot tub soaking up the views. We love that the home is dog friendly with a separate fenced in dog area for our furbabies. We will be back and this home is our stay of choice when in Sedona.

Amazing place!

I booked this beautiful place for 2 days and wished I had booked it for longer! Amazing views, and the host was not kidding about the wildlife! There was a family of 16 javelinas that spent most of the day napping just outside the house, and even saw a coyote passing through! Hope to stay there again sometime!

Comfortable and convenient location

We had a great time staying here! The host was so kind, welcoming, and had great communication. Easy check in process. The wildlife was amazing - so many javelinas, a few coyotes and lots of birds. Great view of Cathedral Rock - secluded but close to town at the same time. Would stay here again the next time we’re in Sedona!

Beyond Rejuvenating!

The accommodations are far beyond and exceed any expectations. This expansive second floor home has 360º natural light, cross breezes and knock-out views in every direction. The setting is completely in tune with the native environment, which attracts many avian and mammalian species, making this property a nature reserve or sorts. Kitchen a pleasure for home cooking, sleeping accommodations perfect. A fragrance free environment that allows full appreciation of desert winds. Multiple spacious balconies allow for yoga, sunning, reading, painting or just absorbing the towering red rocks. Screened in solarium provides a refuge from the sun if this is your desire. The location is ideal for walking to the many hiking trails, freeing one from dependence upon automobile transport. There is an excellent hot-tub for your post-exertion resuscitation. Overall, you get privacy, simplicity, and quietude.

Cozy Mountain Retreat

We were extremely happy with our stay at this lovely mountain retreat and explore Sedona! This is a separate private living area above a home. We had the most amazing view on our deck and sunroom of Cathedral Rock! The home was clean, cozy and very welcoming. Our host even made sure we had a few items in the fridge to get us through into the morning as we had arrived very late in the afternoon! Thank you! The kitchen was clean, beautiful and had everything we needed. We also had 2 spacious living room areas to enjoy. The hot tub was a plus! The bedrooms were cozy and very comfortable and the bathrooms were stocked with everything needed. We definitely will come back to stay at this lovely peaceful property when visiting Sedona again! Plenty of room to bring a few friends next time!

Cathedral Rock Views and Wildlife observatory

My husband and I stayed with our friends for a week at this wonderful property. We were pleasantly surprised on arrival with healthy snacks in the fridge and pantry. We were excited to see the calm and timid coyotes, javalinas and Birds! Woke up every day to the sound of wildlife and then off on another hike! Hot tub to sooth the muscles.. Everything is close to the rental - food, shopping, hiking. Definitely will come back. Adriana is very kind and prompt to reply. Probably the most thoughtful host we have ever had.

Prepare to be amazed

Fully stocked kitchen - including frozen pizza, bowl of fruit, eggs, coffee, bagels, butter. Amazing views. Half mile walk to Cathedral Rock trail. Javelinas, birds, and coyotes. So quiet, relaxing, rejuvenating.
