The Space

Spanning approximately 3,461 square feet, the home feels spacious, comfortable, and deeply connected to its surroundings. Warm wood details, terracotta flooring, colorful Southwestern-inspired interiors, high ceilings, and an abundance of windows give the property plenty of personality while keeping Sedona`s landscape front and center.

The main living room is surrounded by windows, allowing natural light and red rock scenery to fill the space throughout the day. A large sectional provides plenty of seating for the group, while the stone fireplace creates a dramatic architectural centerpiece.

Please note: the living room fireplace is decorative only and is not available for guest use.

A second sitting area provides even more room to gather, read, relax, or simply spread out during longer stays.

• Kitchen & Dining

The open kitchen sits at the heart of the home, connecting naturally with the surrounding living and dining spaces. It offers extensive cabinetry, generous counter space, a large peninsula with bar seating, and everything needed for preparing meals together.

There are two separate dining areas, giving your group plenty of flexibility. Enjoy a more traditional dinner around the indoor dining table, or start the morning in the casual dining area surrounded by windows and views.

From there, step directly onto the deck for meals outside with the red rocks as your backdrop.

Please note the only two full bathrooms are located ensuite to bedrooms 1 & 2. The two guest bedrooms will need to access one of the two full bathrooms through the other bedrooms.

• Wraparound Deck & Private Hot Tub

One of the home`s highlights is its 90+ feet of terraced wraparound decking, connecting the main living areas and suites while showcasing beautiful views of Elephant Rock, Airport Mesa, and the surrounding landscape.

Multiple lounge and dining areas provide plenty of space for morning coffee, outdoor meals, sunset drinks, or simply relaxing in the Sedona sunshine.

The private hot tub occupies its own scenic outdoor area surrounded by trees and red rock views — an ideal place to unwind after a day on the trails.

You will have access to the entire home except the supply closet

Located in the peaceful Palisades area, just south of Uptown Sedona, the home offers a quiet, private setting without sacrificing convenience. You’ll feel tucked away among the red rocks and surrounding forest, while still being centrally located with Uptown Sedona, restaurants, shops, galleries, trailheads, and local attractions all within easy reach.

It’s an ideal location for guests who want the tranquility and scenery of a secluded Sedona retreat while staying close to everything the area has to offer.

A car is required for exploring the Sedona area. Uber/Lyft services are limited.
