With room for up to 18 guests, it’s designed for group connection yet allows space for private reflection. Expansive windows bring the red rocks into the living space, flooding it with natural light and grounding views.

The estate is made up of two homes. The main house has 4 bedrooms and sleeps 11, with a king bed, four queen beds, a single bed, and a sofa sleeper. The detached guest house has 2 bedrooms and sleeps 7, with a queen bed, a double bed, a single bed, and a sofa sleeper. Together that's 6 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms for up to 18 guests, designed for group connection while still giving everyone their own space. Expansive windows bring the red rocks into the living space, flooding it with natural light and grounding views.

VacayAZ enforces good neighbor policies on all managed properties. Renting homes in a neighborhood/community is a privilege and must be treated as such. Guests must be mindful of their noise levels at all times and respect the rules of the community. We do not provide speakers and/or sound systems on-site.



Smoking is not allowed in this property. Cigar smoking is permitted - OUTDOOR ONLY. Violating this policy will result in forfeiture of the full security deposit and guests will be liable for the full cost of damage resulting from it.
