« I unfortunately cannot reccomend this property if you need to use the additional bed. it unfortunately is not the one pictured and the one now in the property has a 2-3inch thick "mattress" that feels like a bunch of springs coveredmin a sheet. « We stayed here for a week (Mon-Fri) as part of our spring break vacation (escaping the Minnesota winter). Oak Creek was THE place to stay! Everything we wanted in the evening was within walking distance, and it was quiet. No need to deal with the touristy hordes of Sedona proper. Bell Rock is a few minutes away by car, or you can easily walk there for a sunrise hike (great way to spend our last morning). Sunsets there were awesome as well. "I only stayed for a short time as I was travelling around Arizona on a motorcycle road trip, but it was exactly what I needed after a long day on the road. The hotel is very well located, especially if you are travelling towards Sedona, with beautiful views of the surrounding mountains. The location was definitely one of the highlights of my stay. The room was comfortable and the overall stay was pleasant, but there were a few disappointing details. I was surprised that no complimentary bottled water was provided in the room, and the $25 parking fee also came as an unpleasant surprise. The hotel also has balconies, but smoking a cigar on them is not permitted. I completely understand having a non-smoking policy indoors, but it would have been nice to have a designated outdoor area where guests could enjoy a cigar. Having to go down to the parking area was not particularly pleasant or convenient. Overall, a good stay in a great location with beautiful mountain views, but a few details could be improved to make the experience feel more welcoming and better value for money."

"L'hôtel en lui-même est très propre, la chambre parfaite, bonne literie, le parking est payant mais nous le savions à l'avance, ce que nous n'avons pas du tout apprécié, c'est l'état de la piscine, elle n'était pas propre et nous l'avons signalé à un employé au bout du 2è jour, c'est regrettable pour 1 Marriott, on m'a également facturé des "Marketing Fee" sans vraiment d'explication, ne pouvait facilement m'exprimer en Anglais, j'ai laissé tomber, mais je pense que l'état de la piscine aurait mérité un geste commercial. Le petit déjeuner mériterait plus de diversité."
