„The building is in horrible shape but I won't blame the unit owner. The pool was a joke and the attached shopping(?) building was nearly abandoned. The unit could use some updating. „Our stay was awesome. The apartment was well equipped and had everything we needed. The apartments are small but had a good layout. Great view of the lake. Location is perfect for us to get to Meredith and Gilford village in a short time. An upgrade would be a pull out couch. “
