In Mali those little donkeys are everywhere. They are multipurpose like US Army Jeeps were in WW2! Few cars in Segou compared to any occidental city but thousands of those brave and cute « Fali » as donkeys are named in Mali.
These workers, carrying sand, are trying to disengage their pirogue stuck in the shoals of Niger River.
Though green, those oranges are fully mature and ready to eat!
