I would not return to this apartment. It was too small, the diswasher was broken, the equipment in the kitchen was old and some bits rusty. The sofa bed was torn, very uncomfortable and squeeky. The bathroom lights stopped working, the bathroom cupboard door was broken, the electric socket did not work and the sink was stained and dirty. We could not open the ski door locker so had to bring ski boots and ski's into the apartment. The pillows were not useable they were dirty...
« No bedding, no towels, it was not specified at hotelâs services description that I have to carry on my own.
Poor cleanliness.
Heating not operating, only two small electric heating elements available.
Bad smell in general, but specially coming from the bathroom.
The residence showed attentive to my complaints and kind in answering and understanding them in order to investigate and correct. »

"Location couldnât be more central, really easy to access everything, shops, slopes, bars, ski rental (all within 3 minute walk) apartment itself is exactly how itâs shown on photos, incredible view, only slight drawback, as a group of 8 it felt a small bit cramped so for a group of 10 would defiantly be a bit tight . But overall would 100 percent recommend and if I ever return to Val Thorens I will 100 percent try and stay here"
