Spacious rooms with basin outside of the bathroom which is really smart. Rooms are new and modern, however it could be better maintained to keep it as new as possible. Hotel staff are friendly, more goodwill for luggage storage would be appreciated.

Durchschnittliches Hotel in guter Lage. Ärgerlich war, dass ein vorzeitiger Check-in berechnet wird, auch wenn es schon freie Zimmer gibt. Ansonsten sauber, aber nichts Aufregendes. Kaum Wasserdruck in der Dusche. Die Extrakosten für den Tempelblick kann man sich sparen.

Horrible Stay at this Hotel. No Coffee in the morning ( Breakfast) My both children got a cold due to the strong air conditioning. You have to transfer and use 2 elevator to go in. I dont understand why this hotel has 4 stars and costs 240$/night.

Clean and spacious room. Staff are helpful. The only shortcoming was the noise from corridor. Kids were running and screaming which woke me up in the morning.

出張で6泊しましたが部屋は広くて大変清潔でよい部屋でした。毎日ミネラルウォーターが2本用意されます。小さなモール（といってもレストランがほとんど）と隣接し、仁寺洞の中にあるので、食事には困りません。また安国駅から徒歩5分程度、景福宮にも7分程度で行けるので、便利です。スタッフの対応もよく、インターナショナルタクシーやツアーの手配を夜遅くに頼んでも的確にやっていただけました。

Great central location in a cute walkable neighborhood in Seoul. A few differ Nine Tree hotels in Seoul, but this premiere version (4 vs 3 stars) in Insadong is definitely worth the extra $$.

仁寺洞中心に観光するのにピッタリのホテルでした。チェックイン、チェックアウト、荷物の預りなどがセルフになっているので、スタッフの方と関わることはほとんどありませんでしたが、周辺のお店についてフロントの方に質問した際には、とても親切に対応してくださいました。また清掃の方も感じがよく優しかったです。ありがとうございます！

We loved this hotel - a couple of GS25 at the bottom floor and on the way to the station, very close to the station and gyeongbokgung palace. Our room had a beautiful view and the bed was comfortable. The staff were very helpful and spoke English fluently so, we didn’t struggle checking in and they have a self check out station as well as luggage weighing scales which was useful! The location was really great but do avoid 6-8pm for subways because it gets packed. But public transportation around this area is very easy to use!

I loved my stay here. It’s a lovely hotel situated in the heart of Insadong. You have many shops, restaurants and quaint tea shoppes right outside your door. You are walking distance from many of Seoul’s top attractions and close to a train station and several bus lines. Staff is very helpful, the rooms are clean and comfortable. A convenient laundry room and small but adequate gym are onsite. You can’t ask for much more. I would definitely stay here again.

Great facilities, everything was amazing!! The only reason I’m giving four stars instead of 5 was that it was central heating that you couldn’t change and make the room very hot. Turning it off and opening the windows helped as the receptionist suggested and I understand the environmental aspect but it would be better to be able to chaser set the temperature and least two degrees either way.

It was a good walking location and had nice views of the beach. I had the deluxe ocean room however it didn’t feel very deluxe, the room itself had dirty walls (grime down the walls and even had holes in the walls that they tried to cover with furniture) and the bed was very uncomfortable.

Our family of 4 (including a 10 year old and 12 year old) stayed 2 nights at the Ninetree in March 2024. This was our first stop after landing in Seoul. The beds were so comfortable and it was a relief to get some sleep after the long flight. The room is as described and the bathroom had a very nice toilet and shower. The room is set at 25 degrees C, so it was a little too warm for us Canadians. The room overlooks a rooftop garden and that was a pleasant surprise. This hotel is located in Insadong near craft/art shops and lots of restos. It's also walkable to Ikseondong, which is a lovely spot full of cafes. The taxi ride from Seoul station only costs around 7000 krw (approx $7 CAD). I highly recommend this hotel :)

スタッフの方がみんな愛想がよく英語も日本語も堪能でした。 部屋は清潔で、滞在中の清掃もとても綺麗にしてくださりました。 加湿器を借りたのですが、清掃時に水を補充してくださってました。 ただ、エアコンが壊れているのか全館集中型なのか温度調整はできず、3月末の滞在で春のような気温だったため部屋の中は30℃ありクーラーをつけたかったですが窓を開けるしかないとのことでした。 大気汚染が心配でしたが仕方なく窓を開けて過ごしました。

The hotel was nice and clean, staff are really friendly, breakfast was amazing, and you don't have to go far to shop...you practically just go down and there's a lot of shopping areas around. The hotel is also near tourist attractions. Our overall experience was great!!!
